I've been buying board games through zatu for years now and sometimes some TCG bits and pieces. The service has always been great, everything comes quickly and in fantastic condition. Really enjoyed the games we've got from them and they've got so much selection there's always so many more to buy!

Utterly Incompetent! Placed a large order and they sent it to the wrong address and parcel got returned. They then had the cheek to say they can resend but with postage paid again! When I asked for a full refund they kept arguing that they would minus the return delivery fee. Classic victim blaming even though I've sent them screenshot of my address clearly shown at checkout stage.

Avoid these COWBOYS, they have no clue on basic customer service or even how to fulfil an order!!!

Game arrived with damaged box. Exterior packaging was fine. So, game was likely damaged prior to posting.

Communication has been slow and poor. Not the professional response i would have expected

Expectation i source/pay for new box to return faulty product.

Ordered some games on Thursday and they turned up well packaged on Saturday so delivery was very quick which I'm greatful for.

What I thought was a nice touch was a little message on the box based on the games I ordered. It shows the person packing the order pays attention and isn't just doing the job.

I played the Quacks of Quedlinburg at a friends and wanted it for myself. The only place locally was Amazon for $135. I found this site where they charged me in Canadian and was a great price for the game. Even with the shipping it was less Amazon. Shipping to Canada was an oof. Would love to see some kind of discount for ordering more as I totally would in the future. They were quick to ship it out and was happy to see that I wasn't dinged with customs as they typically don't for board games.
