Fast delivery and accurate cutting of the panelling. However, when selecting primed components, this is only the face and back sides of the strips, the important HDMDF sides are not primed, which makes the installation job much more difficult.

Our primed strips are cut from larger pre-primed boards. This means that while the face and back surfaces are factory primed, the edges become unprimed during the cutting process as they are freshly exposed. This is noted on our website, but we completely understand that this detail can be easily missed when ordering.

I question the accuracy of the DNA assessment given our knowledge of our dog's heritage. Customer services dismissed our views and doubled down on the DNA results. Hence that brings into question the whole output report results. Some may be true, like a Palm reading, some are generic and some might be wrong, impossible to know the balance without a second DNA test.
