Cut My Reviews 

I had previously used Cut my so went back when we needed a new desk cutting to custom fit a closet.

Ordered on the 28th October with ETA 3rd November.

On 3rd Nov there was no update on despatch - no email and nothing on my online account - so I called and was told I would get an email update later that day - I didn't.

So I called on the 4th and asked again. I was assured it would be despatched that afternoon and I'd receive it on the 5th.

On the 5th (today) still no despatch update. I called again and was assured it would be today and they would email me to confirm.

And.... no update... no email.... no despatch notification.

Honestly I'm in ground hog day.

If they would just send update emails or texts to inform of delays it would save a lot of time and effort.

Think I'll just buy a jigsaw and do it myself in future. Will be attempting to cancel tomorrow.

Order 3 sheets Perspex sheets of same thickness. 2 correct and 1 was thinnner. I complained. They said thank you we will follow this up. Since then, after severL chasing emails, they have not replied. Just awful and don’t bother with them.

A table top was cut to the correct size, but one of the edge lippings was crinkled. I didn't complain because this was to go against a wall. However if I had wanted to use it freestanding with all edges exposed then it would have had to be returned. Other than the edge, the worktop did the job perfectly and it arrived quickly and very well packed. I would use them again.

I received my shelves with some minor imperfections and contacted CutMy with photos. They replaced all shelves without questions, which was much appreciated.

Ordering was straight forward with an easy to use online tool to get a custom cut piece of mirrored acrylic. It was a replacement for the bathroom cabinet door in my motorhome which had cracked. The acrylic replacement looks identical to the original but is lighter and hopefully less likely to crack or break.

First time designing a shape in Coreldraw. Exported to DXF and sent to CutMy. It came back super fast and perfect, securely packaged. I would recommend them sincerely.

FIne 🤗FAST AND EFFICIENT

Terrible!! Three bits of my required wood was damaged one bit was severely bent the others chopped, this was not done in transit it was at factory as belive it or not it was packed well. So my resumption is that there is zero quality control before it’s sent out. When I raised this I was offered an £18 refund which is poor dispite sending in photos and proof. I had a carpenter here that day he has to go to b and q and secure more trim to be able to fit on the door which was far more costly rhat £18 and then his labour too for an extra hour! I will not use this service again as they can’t provide undamaged items

Ordered two sheets of secondary glazing Perspex. Perfectly cut to the measurements that I gave. Easily installed with the self-adhesive magnetic strips. My windows have had no condensation since I put them up and the noise from outside the house has been reduced significantly. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy on line purchase process. Very useful tools to help measure and design.

Excellent service. Cut all my acrylic panels perfectly and very quickly and received within a couple of days. Highly recommend.

The order I received from cut my was generally excellent. The items I ordered were cut exactly to my specifications with impressive tolerances and deliverd in only a few days.

Normally I am a bit of a miser and will do everything I can myself when it comes to DIY. In this instance I was pushed for time and compared the difference in cost of ordering 9mm moisture resistant MDF and cutting it into panelling effect overlays on my table saw vs ordering everything pre cut to size on Cut My.

Having installed all the panelling in one weekend I am glad I went with Cut My. The time it saved me to do 21m2 of panelling was well worth the extra cost over doing it all myself. The accuracy of the parts made the job a doddle, saving not only time but also frustration.

The only issue I had were a couple of pieces were dinked on the corners in transit despite being well packed. I had to cut a few down anyway so this did not affect the job.

I will definitely use them again!

I placed an order for shaker panelling for 3 separate rooms and V-groove panelling for two additional rooms on the 07/10/2026. The packages arrived separately on two different days. The first to arrive was the V-groove panelling on the 13th. Some of the V-grooves were damaged, but my decorator was able to fill and sand these. The second to arrive was the shaker panelling on the 14th. I didn't get to unbox these until the 16th but the upright cut pieces and the dado for all three rooms were not the measurements I ordered, so I called customer services to explain. I spoke with Penny who asked me to send an email with the issue. She said she would call me back. On the 19th I still had not heard back, so I called again and spoke with Mabel, who said she would pass on my message to Penny. I later received an email from Penny with the layout of how the panels should be assembled, however, this did not answer my issue with the wrong length uprights. On the 20th I called again and spoke with Jamie, I again explained what my issue was and he asked me to provide pictorial evidence of what I had received via email (with a measuring tape in the pictures to show the lengths). He appeared to understand my issues with the damaged V-groove and the shaker panelling and suggested a partial refund for the damaged items (I never actually received any refund!). Later on the 20th Jamie sent an email to say that the replacement pieces has been ordered for me. I received these on the 22nd. All in all, I have mixed feelings. I EVENTUALLY received what I ordered, but the issues and delays meant additional decorator costs.

Great product cut to size and very well packaged and secure and a professional service.
