Great idea, and great whiskies to enjoy, that I would never have thought of buying.

What's that? Whisky delivered THROUGH THE LETTER BOX?!? Yes please. Amazing subscription - well presented and interesting. And not had a bad brew so far!

Signing up for the subscription is easy, paying is simple, but getting any response from them *or* getting your whisky seems impossible. Paid 1st of August, waited all month for my whisky and nothing. No updates, no apologies. No response from email and chat function on their website.

They'll happily take your payments though 🤡

Three Whisky’s in and I’m loving my monthly membership. Some good friends moved up to Cumbria over a year ago and me and one of the friends both signed up as a way of keeping in touch. So we now have Whisky Wednesday once a month meeting over video to discuss the latest selection. We’ve not been disappointed yet. So not only do we get the excitement of our little pouch arriving through the post we also found a great way to keep in touch. Thanks Whisky Me 🥃 Slàinte!

This was a gift but I have been unable to register for whisky and emails to request help to do so have been ignored.

I was given a whisky me subscription as a birthday present. It's been really fun. I really enjoy the different whisky's arriving each month and the tasting webinars add to the experience. Would definitely recommend.

Not tried the whisky yet, service seems a little chaotic with the communication but it looks really good! Just be wary that they ship on a specific day of the month, so if you subscribe too late or too early you'll have to wait a little while to get your first one.

A friend bought this as a birthday treat as he knew I like a little tipple and im sure glad he did as sampling the different blends is a good experience and finding out likes and dislikes

Everything has been so easy,the communication being one of the best parts. Kept informed at all times.

Bought the whiskey 🥃 tasting package for my husbands birthday, 6 months with 2 pouches per month, he absolutely loved the gift and it gives a great opportunity to try lots of different flavours. Great company very professional would highly recommend. 5* from me.

The subscription concept of Whisky Me is excellent in execution, providing whisky lovers the opportunity to sample whiskies they would not otherwise try. The live sessions are very interesting and informative. Seeing other peoples comments during the live sessions is also quite interesting. The opportunity to purchase whisky that is sampled, at a discounted price, is an additional bonus. Delivery has been problem free.

Disappointed I didn’t sign up for this sooner! The perfect way to try new whiskeys. Always a nice surprise when the new one turns up

Just seems really unorganised. Have missed multiple whiskey's from subscription and just get "oops" emails to try and make fun of the situation....

I just want the subscription I've paid for. Once is OK, but multiple times is not.

Delicious whiskies, flawless service, pouches always arrive in time for the livestreams. Livestreams super interesting. Having full bottles available at a significant discount is awesome, (but dangerous!).

Failed to send out my delivery. Haven't replied to any messages but did manage to email to chase payment for the following month. Absolutely terrible service.

Plus, note that they take payment about a MONTH before you receive what you've paid for. Of you're lucky enough to receive it at all.

Complete scam. Uncontactable. Avoid giving this company your money they will steal it or send you whiskey that you don't want at extreme postage rates.

A few years ago my son bought me a regular subscription for Father's Day for the Scottish Whiskies.
I always look forward to receiving the pouches each month and enjoying them in my special 'wee dram' glass, along with the tasting notes.
So far I have not been disappointed. Each month has a nice little surprise.

Poor company and service.

I was bought a subscription for my birthday and it didn't arrive. My son chased and it came two months later.
The instructions to start the subscription were vague and finally I got it registered after playing around.

The next month I received the same whiskey as on the first month although the idea is to get a different one each month.

On emailing to complain I got no reply.

It would have been cheaper and less hassle just to buy a bottle of good whiskey.
