None really i am old and ill and like many others been scammed by this company.Just been asked what I think of their product?? They know perfectly well it never arrived now emails get returned : unable to deliver " I have contacted by bank and asked for.refund but dont expect any Usually consult Trustpilot before ordering anything on line but needed fan urgently to cope with heat these people have just taken an advantage of this.Im disgusted by these people as it is a genuine company.

Easy to order very good prices quick delivery. Bought 2 fans and tried to order another but out of stock.Great to here when back in as brilliant fans Definitely recommend this company found them on Internet by chance.But better service than lot of bigger companies.

Thanks for exchanging my sweater so quickly young lady on customer service brilliant shoe arranged Evrie collection on too large sweater unfortunately Evrie decided to cancel collection no idea why so had to take to P O .So should get my refund soon.Smaller sweater fits perfectly and looks lovely bought from you before always great quality and design gets lots compliments on them.

Well they have at last .got my address correct after telling them several times incorrect.Parcels usually arrive in time frame some couriers do wait for me to get to door but some don't even bother to ring door bell just dump in porch.

Parcel delivered 4 days late after requesting and paying for next day delivery.No help from your customer services ",can do nothing before 7 days" This was an urgent delivery by the time it arrived it was too late.Courier pushed through door crumpling the trousers inside didn't ring bell although we were in.Not good.

I wrote a very good review after my visit on Monday for a lip flip.But on day two I was finding it hard to breath threw my nose and very difficult to eat now on day 4vit is no better .unfortunately bivwas not warned of any of these side effects.Would not recommended this treatment. My breathing is still very difficult and can really only breath by mouth.

I always use trustpilot to give a review because I always read reviews on products I buy whether online or in a shop. It extremely helpful to know you are dealing with a reputable company especially with so many scams now.My advice would always be before buying read other people's experiences first and sometimes it can save you loosing money
