Plus side's

Plus side's, Ordering the shoes was very easy,
& the shoes are nice.
On the down side, where it says next day delivery, it took 4 days for my delivery to arrive. This was NOT down to shoezone, it was the down to the Courier Company.

Very disappointed with the delivery

Very disappointed with the delivery. I was told my order would arrive last Tuesday, but it only arrived today. That’s a full week late with no proper explanation. If you give a delivery date, you should stick to it or at least keep the customer updated.

Loved my shoes

Loved my shoes. Bought 2 pairs of Ladies shoes, although different, they were similar to look at. They fit perfectly. I'm so happy, and then to get Free Postage as well. Brilliant! Delivery was very quick. The next day.
What more can I say about this company - Nothing but
Brilliant.

Accomodates large bunion

Delivered next day to ordering
I have very large bunion but very relieved to say that these slippers are wide enough to accomodate. Was unable to find suitably wide enough slippers in thè shops. So very relieved as is my bunion !!!

I ordered a pair of boys school shoes…

I ordered a pair of boys school shoes from the York branch of Shoezone. I was ensured by the sales rep that they would be delivered the next day. It also stated that on the receipt I got. It has now been 5 days and customer service says Everi couldn't deliver because they had an issue. I don't know what the issue is. I then said I would go back to the store and get my money back. I was informed this is not possible I would have to wait 4 days for the delivery before they could do anything. Today is Friday and I need the shoes for Monday.
On the website it says cutomer services are open until 8pm NO they close at 6pm i have been informed. Maybe they should say that on the automated message when you ring them.
