This is my 3rd phone from Mobile Phones Direct. As usual the service was wonderful. I spoke to Pearl who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Less than 12 hours later my phone is on its way! Yet again 10/10 experience!

From start to finish it was a very stress free experience. I have shopped at AO for all my appliances & phones for years & will continue to do so.

I was looking in their website for a new phone but got completely overwhelmed with the choices so I rang them for advice. The operator was wonderful! She found me a great deal & was extremely helpful & less than 24hours later I have my new phone! This is my 2nd contract with Mobile Phones Direct & will definitely be back in 2 years!

The driver was great & arrived exactly when he said he would. The box was a bit bashed but luckily the contents were undamaged.

The delivery drivers rang to give an hours notice so I wasn't waiting in for hours. They delivered the bed on time & were very polite & respectful.

The Paint Shed had the best prices for me, by a long way!! The service was excellent & received my order within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them. 10/10

The driver was great & the parcel got here on time but I would have appreciated how many stops were left up until my delivery so I could use my time better.

The customer service is excellent. Tamveel was very helpful & responded very quickly to my query. Zahra & Harmain were also very helpful.
