So reliably not sweet, dress it up in a fancy glass and a garnish and it seems almost like a cocktail. We've just had a private view of our art work and these drinks are such a lovely way to offer an alternative to alcohol.

I tried a bit of Wype at my sister's house and couldn't believe how comfortable and clean it made me feel. The pump delivers the perfect amount and so easy to use. Love the little travel versions too. And the website is super easy, informative and fun to read. Vegan, nothing nasty in it and no wet wipes (not that i used them)

The two guys got in touch on the day to say they were an hour away. Excellent ! Although given the text had said they would be with me 6-8 hours later same day this could have been inconvenient.
They carried items up a long flight of steps outside our house and took to our chosen room. Bit of damage on box but not suggesting it had been dropped (they confirmed it had not). My real issue is the lack of time one has to check over the items to ensure there is no apparent damage. This would involve a lot of unwrapping of straps and protective material. They assured me I had 30 days to make a return if I’d bought over the internet
So this isn’t a complaint specific to Arrow but it would be good to have more time to check before signing receipt of items in good condition. Pleasant guys. Thanks

Love the toothbrush which I bought for my husband. He’s pushing through the tingling phase but I assure him it’s worth it. Dropped a star on this review as I took up the offer of a free wash bag (he needs one) only for none to be available at check out. Instead I could have used an offer code to get a cheaper price. Still it’s a great brush and no micro plastic in my mouth

Good communication on delivery time slot for the agreed day. On the day received a phone call to say they were 20 mins away so arrived a bit before time slot. Careful handling of our delivery up steps and stairs. Polite and all went well.

Started to complete the quote online for best price but needed help/advice on medical questions. The call handler was really helpful. Talked me through things and gave me the on line price as I’d started the quote there. Provided me with an alternative cheaper quote for less cover but decided on the fuller cover. In the grand scheme of things peace of mind. I believe Staysure to be a reliable company but haven’t yet had to ‘test’ the policy - hence 4 not 5 stars.
Only other niggle was the call handler spoke rather fast for me.

We knew what we wanted but went to the store to check out the furniture in person. Website was fairly accurate so we knew some of the items were available to see in store. Strangely the bed wasn’t even listed on the website but was in store to see.

Very prompt delivery with good updates on progress. Shelves easy to put up with a good drill. Shelves are great quality and look stunning. Only down side is they were made in the Ukraine and shipped to USA then shipped over to me in UK. Not good on air miles.

I called about moving home and taking my Shell Broadband and phone with me. After the slightly frustrating automated answering where I had to tell the bot what my call was about and press an option (none of which seemed to fit the reason for my call) I was put through to Chantelle S. A real person - absolutely marvellous. She did not rush me at all when I needed her to explain or repeat things. She was informative and was not at all pressurising into getting me to sign up. I dislike Shell because if its approach to oil and the planet. But I can't fault this call. Thank you Chantelle S.
