1st class installation of our new fibre broadband by Antony. I ended up having 2 appointments due to needing my router to be placed in my living room. Unfortunately openreach are not allowed to enter a loft to run in cables, so he left me the fibre cable to take it to where I wanted it and he would return. When I investigated the installation further I decided the best option was to run in an Ethernet cable from my garage to my living room and install the Ethernet sockets at either end to we could patch the fibre through from the garage to the living room. When Antony returned he was delighted with what I had done and he made a very neat job of installing the fibre equipment in my garage. He was very patient and explained everything to my wife who has dyslexia and gave us his number for any issues we may have. I was apprehensive in getting fibre as I didn’t want an ugly cable clipped up my walls but he gave us all the options available and it worked out well for us in the end. Great service.

Great service from the guys at Merchant city music in Glasgow. They really were very knowledgeable about the guitars and were still giving me different ones to try out even though there was only a few minutes until they were closing. I ended up buying a fantastic Ibanez rg565 in electric blue and have been on it everyday since I bought it. They had the best price on this guitar as well when I checked around, so great service and prices. Would recommend if you are looking for a new guitar.

Friendly and helpful

Fantastic service from Airport Taxi Transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly face who quickly found us on their list and guided us to our driver. The drivers are very professional all wearing white shirts, drove very sensibly and would open all doors for the family and load all luggage into the large family vehicle. The vehicles were very clean with the air con put on for everyone. The return journey was just as easy. They turned up sharp at the hotel to pick us up. Zero fuss and very professional, I would definitely recommend.

Very professional company. Ordered samples and got courtesy call from Mike the next day to say they had low stock of one of my samples. Samples were with me the next day nicely packaged with a biscuit and a tea bag 😃. Delivery was going to be quite expensive so email Mike and he sorted out a better delivery rate due to the low amount of flooring I needed which was ideal. Great communication from this company, hoping the product is good.

From viewing the car online showing all the imperfections, the email updates and phone calls to keep me informed of what is happening and Waqas showing me around the car on the arrival day with the complimentary umbrella and water bottle, 90 day warranty and the piece of mind knowing if i didn’t like it i could send it back, this must be the future of car sales! No pushy sales people! The car I purchased is brilliant for its age and at a great price. Thank you Cinch 😀

Just bought 3 new mountain bikes from Tredz and their service was first class. Bikes all came well packaged. The delivery company didn’t deliver all my items when they said they would on the third bike so I contacted Tredz and they contacted me through the week to make sure I had everything I ordered. Great communication and the bikes came with peddles which I wasn’t expecting. Good prices too. I would totally recommend Tredz 👍

Order a pair of crag hoppers pro stretch trousers in size 34r. Recieved a pair of Brasher trousers in size 32l. Needed the trousers for an interview and had to travel 35 miles to Carlisle branch to return them and buy what I ordered in the first place, so I had them in time for interview. Poor show. 😡
