The car simply cut out and then refused to start again while I was on a busy road just outside of Shepton Mallet. Put in a rescue request via the app and George gave me a call when he was a few minutes away to confirm where I was and what had happened. Typically the car started again as soon as I got off the call but upon arrival George accompanied me to the nearby petrol station where he was able to run diagnostics on the car and locate the issue. As the car was now running but the fault wasn't fixed, George shadowed me back to my local garage in Glastonbury, where he liaised with the mechanic before dropping me home. Absolutely five star, friendly service. Made a stressful event manageable.

The car hire was great.

The price match guarantee was not. Have spent weeks trying to get them to honour it. Customer service for the most part is not even aware this is offered.

It works. It's cheap. What more do you want?

Delivered when they said they would without any issues. Pretty swoopy showroom too.

Installed politely. Got just shy of a whopping 900 mbps which is about 5-9x faster than my previous provider.

However you only get this if you have an ethernet connection to your desktop directly from the router.

A typical mobile will probably only get 300 mbps. A typical wifi laptop maybe 400-600 mbps.

We have just got back from our holiday booked with Jet2 and it was brilliant.
