I have used Magefix on and off for 10 years. Whenever I get in touch with Adrian, he is quick to respond and knows exactly what I need whether it is issues about viruses, hacking, SSL, migrating websites, domain transfers etc etc. He is the go to guy for any time I don't know how to do something or just don't want to do something.

I was initially apprehensive approaching MageFix as they are on online entity. My web host company recommended them - saying they did great work and that their clients had been really satisfied previously. As soon as I contacted them, Adrian responded and right away I could tell they are an ethical and professional company. Adrian is a great communicator in addition, he delivers on all promises! MageFix was successfully able to resolve all issues relating to a suspended Google Ads account and various security issues re: website. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Our WordPress site was compromised. The hacker had managed to get access to change the underlying files, which meant they had free range to do whatever they wanted.

We got in touch with Adrian because of the great reviews on TrustPilot. He was very patient with us, explaining exactly what we needed to do to get him access. Once set up, he took over and three hours later, our site was back up with no more signs of viruses. He also pointed out other potential vulnerabilities which we are working on resolving.
