Received both frames together, on time and well packed. Great price, simple but very smart. Unfortunately, there was a scratch one one. Once I had made up the picture, I didn't notice the scratch, so I did not return it. This has never happen before, so I will still use this company.

The print of the unicorn with the Scotland flag arrived promptly and without damage. The print was beautiful, better than the picture on the site. I bought the A4 size, which was well worth the small amount I had to pay.

Great choice at a great price. Meals are very tasty and just enough to fuel you. Best bit is, you are not locked in to buying every week/month, when you haven't finished the meals you have and don't like !

Memories of my grandfather are fading and I can only remember my grandmother being old. This site is so easy to navigate, so I brought them back, quickly and easily. Such a great idea and the results did not disappoint.

Engineer arrived on time, per his earlier call. Very quick, clean and tidy. Did not stop to waste time talking, just got on with the boiler Service. Excellent.

Colour of the meals looked similar, not very appetising. Meals swimming in watery, greasy fluid. Not very tasty. Half way through my first box, I was about to cancel, when They took nearly double the cost of the first box. I got in touch the same day and asked them to cancel, not send the box and return my money. They did not return all my money, stating I had signed up for 8mths and they retained £150 for cancelling ! No one listened to my side or seemed sorry that I could not throw away £150 out of my Pension - I needed to buy food again, which was now going to be a problem. Very upset pensioner.

I made a mess of my car insurance. Thankfully a young lady, with patience, knowledge and politeness, took note of everything and phoned me back with good news - a weight off my mind. She had cancelled one policy and set up the one I should have been on, without causing me any hassle. I'll just phone her next year !

My dog comes and goes, eating her food. Her skin looked a bit dry and she was drinking a lot of water. When the Salmon Arden Grange arrived she was very interest. I gave her a meal and she stood eating, not walking away with a few bits. Her skin is much better as well and the water intake has reduced. Even though it takes more money out of my pension, it's better than throwing out the cheaper food.

Beautiful water resistant laminate at a great price. The lady, Katie, who helped me on the phone was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Company had no problem with shipping to the Isle of Bute, Scotland, without charging massive fees for doing so. Full marks all round - very happy to recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable lady, who was enthusiastic about her product and was able to fully answer all my questions. she helped me choose my windows and took all the stress out of installing French Doors, by telling me they would arrange the permissions and do the building work. So I'm getting everything I wanted, and quality, for one great price.

The lady that took me through the process was so pleasant, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was covered and took the worry out of trying to apply for a warrant, myself, to put in french doors. All this and a great price. Can't wait for my new windows. Thank you.

Very nice, polite and helpful chap arrived to service the boiler. He arrived promptly and put a cover over the worktop. He was very knowledgeable and wasted no time working.
