Good idea
Good idea, meals ok but i thought they would be more fully self contained for the price instead of having to add to it, a £259 a month budget for one plus the extras you have to buy is too much for most not on six figures. Slightly repetitive on the breakfasts but understandable.
WARNING!
Be very wary that this is a signed up subscription and the longer you sign up the higher the release fee. 21st century and a subscription company is charging a release fee! They lure you in with a discounted first month and then recuperate that discount when you leave. Be careful.

Really impressive, satisfying meals with plenty of choice
I found the deals somewhat confusing and it was difficult to make sense of the packages on offer but as far as the meals go they really are very tasty, and I’m hard to please! I also feel satisfied after eating and appreciate the snacks. I really like too that the meals are not highly processed and preserved in such a way so as to make them so easy to cook. The packaging claims to be recyclable and that’s very important to me. Not been on the plan long enough to notice weight loss but have no reason to think I won’t because the meals are all calorie counted and aimed at creating a calorie deficit, and I am also pretty active.

Good tasty meals
I like the idea of having prepared food takes the guess work out of preparing. Also able to choose what I have. Meals found are very tasty and good quality / Iam at the end of my 3rd week I would like to have acheived the loss as stated on the advert, 7lb in 7 days, I managed 3lb and 1lb in the next 2weeks.total 5lb. I wont acheive 28lb in 4 months though , will see when nearing the end of my term

Some people lose weight more quickly than others, and it doesn't necessarily mean you're doing anything wrong.

I stupidly failed to sign up to a…
I stupidly failed to sign up to a taster pack. When I cancelled, after receiving the first months supply, it ended up costing me over £10 a day for poor quality food. The reduced price offer that tempted me disappeared and I had to pay a further £150 to cancel. Paying full price for mostly sloppy meals bulked up with cheap disgusting pot noodles and soups. They all have the same highly processed taste. A very expensive mistake I regret making.

Our meals are developed by fully qualified, accredited nutritionists in line with recognised nutritional guidelines. Our portions are carefully designed to support weight loss as part of a balanced daily plan, rather than to replicate standard supermarket-sized ready meals.
We'd also like to clarify our pricing and cancellation policy. We offer a variety of plans at different price points, so members can choose an option that suits their budget and preferences. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fees. However, our longer plans benefit from discounted prices, so if you cancel early, the only adjustment is the difference between the discounted longer-plan price and the price of the shorter duration completed. This is explained in our Terms and Conditions. It's not a cancellation fee, but simply an adjustment to the discount received.
We're genuinely sorry the plan wasn't the right fit for you, but we hope this clears up how our meals, pricing and cancellation policy work.

Read the terms carefully and don't make the mistake I did.
Poor meal selections and tiny portions.
They use a lot of cheap products, like nuts, to bump up the calories at little cost.
Some meals are ok but to be honest, it's basically just 1/2 size readymeals from a supermarket and a load of small packs of oats and nuts.
Watch out for hidden costs; the service can't be cancelled at any time. It locks you into long contracts, and you are charged for leaving.
Read the terms carefully and don't make the mistake I did of locking into an 8 month contract only to not like the food and then be stuck with a £150 cancellation fee.
It's my own fault for not paying attention to the small print, but it's a sneaky business practice that will catch you out if you are careless.

Our menus are developed by fully qualified, accredited nutritionists in line with recognised nutritional guidelines, with a carefully balanced mix of protein, fat and carbohydrates. Our portions are intentionally designed to support weight loss as part of a structured daily plan, with fruit, vegetables and dairy recommended alongside meals. The meals are the correct size for someone looking to lose weight.
We'd also like to clarify that you can cancel your plan at any time, with no cancellation fees. However, as longer plans benefit from discounted prices, cancelling early simply means paying the difference between the longer-plan price and the shorter duration completed. This is clearly explained in our Terms and Conditions.
We're sorry the plan wasn't the right fit for you, but we do hope this clears up a few misconceptions.

Having read the reviews it seems a lot are not happy and a person shouldn't have to subscribe. The choice should be the customer who wants the meals if or when then want them. So unless Jane changes this what a way to swell her bank account.
