So disappointing

Visited with 2 other adults and two 6 year olds. Each one of us very disappointed after having been recommended to go. Very crowded. Part of ground floor appeared closed off. Virtually nothing interactive appropriate for their age - even if they could have got close enough to try. The third floor aircraft did spark some interest, but by that time we all just wanted to go.

A good resource for health

A good resource for health, I was referred by my GP as a pre diabetic risk.
Some very useful sections, such as a food tracker, nutritional info and fitness advice plus many others. Also very helpful feedback from Oviva staff.

Crooks

I'd have given zero stars if I could. I had been a customer for 15 years before being ripped off on cancelling my broadband and tv services. Contacting these people is a nightmare. Finding out they're still charging me a month after cancelling and insisting they've been providing a service, even though I'm using another provider - words fail. Never again.

Pleasantly surprised

I recently switched to Fibrely after years with Sky. Despite an initial hiccup, with the router not arriving before the engineer came, all has gone relatively smoothly. The company have been quick to respond to enquiry, both by email and by phone so, one month on, I am so far very happy.

Frustrating

I ordered a calendar. Not the easiest to upload my photos and edit them but managed. Calendar arrives: 'ok' quality. Photos ok but the month of March is not titled - all the other months are. Unwieldy customer services but got a reply: yes, I can change my photos and they'll kindly do me another one. They don't seem to understand it's at their end that the month wasn't entered. Just cannot be a***d to deal with them any more. Don't waste your time with them.

I've been using Fussy for some time…

I've been using Fussy for some time now, it's a great product. I didn't think it would work well for me as I always thought i needed a 'strong' antiperspirant, however it works brilliantly and does indeed keep me smelling fresh for the whole day. All the packaging for the refills are recyclable. Currently using the lavender refill which is lovely, and previously the coconut was my favourite. Great that some of the big supermarkets sell them now.

I've just received the 3 personalised birthday cards I ordered. I've used this company before and expected the cards to be good value but they've really excelled themselves this time. Great value and fantastic quality, streets ahead of the supermarkets. Very happy customer.

I was transferred to Octopus when Bulb …

I was transferred to Octopus when Bulb went into receivership. Although I much preferred the online experience with Bulb, I've now got used to Octopus and I must say that their customer service advisors were excellent when contacted and I cant fault them now - I wonder if the system struggled a bit when first taking on Bulb customers. The most recent experience of being offered a fixed rate, I found very well set out and clear to make a decision on.

Although it was relatively easy to find…

Although it was relatively easy to find a new boiler and financing for it (last year); I was disappointed that they reneged on what had been promised (2 years free servicing), instead wanting me to sign up for their boiler care plan. I've declined this in favour of a more reliable company.
