I ordered some materials (twin wall and connections ) for a lean too pergola I was building , when these panels arrived the order was missing items and some were damaged.
I contacted Chris and David who initially apologised and attempted to get the supplier to send out replacements, when they came they were also damaged and unusable so the joiner I paid for the work was unable to complete the job , rearranged this and had to pay again for his time .
I have tried several times to get in contact with Master plastics for an explanation as to why three deliveries went wrong but conveniently they do t answer my emails .
This is a poor company with no customer service and if you can go somewhere else , thumbs down 👎

Hi there Derek, Sorry to see this 1 Star , Just checked the Tracking , which you would of automatically got when it left here , just check your Spam Folder , anyway it says delivery attempted but on 2nd delivery attempt they have left at your neighbours , so just check at your Neighbours , there is a pic of it been delivered , Tried calling you , left a voice mail of same as above, maybe review your review Cheers

All in I was happy with my service from the team at seafield motorstore , but I was offered more from WBAC . Com , my offer from Arnold Clark was 18,900 but I was offered 9,100 from WBAC , I will complete this tomorrow at 3pm . I did ask the branch to match this but this was declined unfortunately, I would rather sell to Arnold Clark as I am a long time customer and have bought several cars from Arnold Clark . If I am contacted tomorrow before 2pm I would be happy to sell to Arnold Clark , thankyou
