$100 DHL Import Duties Charger AFTER You Already Ordered
I would like this review to be more of a PSA for customers in the U.S.
I was asked to pay $100 from DHL for import duties on top of the $35 I paid in shipping. They mention (not explicitly in my opinion) that you could be asked to pay extra import fees but nothing to this substantial amount. You can deny the fee but then they will keep the already expensive shipping costs. It’s not The Visor Shop’s fault but it’s something they don’t state clearly enough and I want others to be warned.

Dissatisfied customer
Poor use of courier who failed to deliver on date. Rearranged for another date and they turned up 2 days early.
The tyre was bought on the next day delivery promise, but it has taken a week to deliver.

I've just fitted the Shuberth parts to my helmet, and am totally delighted that it is such a perfect fit.
Shipping, although outrageously expensive, was quick. Too bad shipping is not cheaper, it's the one stopping block to buying more online items.
