Ordered a pair of Bull-It jeans from here and the whole process was easy and stress free. They took care of shipping and duties were included in the price. Customer service is excellent. I had 1 other item on back order which I wanted to cancel. Sent a WhatsApp and Tom replied and took care of it quickly. I will be buying here again.
The jeans were also excellent and exactly as described.

The staff at the Preston branch are fantastic, not pushy and have a great wealth of knowledge.
If we needed a size we could not find, they would. Megan is very happy with her new Knox trouser, fit and comfort. The armour is super comfortable and the stretch in the material holds everything in place perfectly.

Next day delivery and packed well. Also found out there’s a sports bike shop local to me which is good so I will pop in there next time to have a look around.

We requested a price match late on Thursday evening, got a reply from them early on Friday, we ordered them on Friday and the boots arrived in Northern Ireland on Saturday morning! That’s absolutely outstanding service. Really nice top quality Sidi Vertigo 2 boots. Arrived very well packaged. I was also kept fully informed during the entire delivery process. My husband and I had gone in this morning to look at summer jackets that we had ordered via the "Try on or buy" feature (VERY useful!). We were very happy with our purchases and Sophia was extremely helpful, ensuring we were assisted throughout the whole process. 10/10 for the Reading Store!

Quality boots as you’d expect from Alpinestars, definitely a casual style, very similar to trainers but with the necessary protection inbuilt. Ordered them and they were delivered the next day. Fantastic service as always from Sportsbikeshop
