Ease in choosing LP wanted, delivery was good but LP sleeve was creased but decided to not return LP due to return hassle.
There were 2 stores in Portsmouth, and 1 in Chichester, such shame so many HMV record have shut.

After looking at many furniture deals, decided the Furnitureinstore Chesterfield 3+2 set was very good value including quick delivery.

It was an early delivery the delivery guys knew their job how to set up sofa.

Visited the Gaugemaster shop at Ford, amazing selection of all scales model railways, the shop had changed interior since my last visit, were working layouts, enjoyable but can be expensive visit, staff were helpful, one big downside is lack of pricing on railway buildings and accessories.

GAK Brighton, website very good, great selection of musical gear, order process was easy, delivery was on time. I have visited GAK Brighton it is amazing , staff are helpful
Marshall FX amp is nice, compact, has many effects, not tried them all, amp was on offer .

Good / easy experience using Matalan online, items were delivered quickly, have used Matalan online before and would use again.

The Optician was very good.
There was a mix up on my part about appointment time however Specsavers Havant helped sort that.

However after getting new prescription I went to see Specsavers staff member for help, the store was not busy but there was delay, the price choice advised was confusing.

Little disappointed on this occasion with Specsavers Havant.

DSLR cameras are mystery to me, but took the plunge and bought used Canon DSLR, after good advice from LCE Portsmouth, they know what they are talking about with cameras.
Delivery very good.

Quick delivery and easy to order process from G4M, the ukulele bag is nice and Bass strings good quality.

Excellent service, and delivery of Fender tuner, nice clear screen.

Great customer service and delivery. Fender tuner is just right for my use.

G4M set of 3 micro pedals, cables and power adaptor, I asked G4M for pedal advice what was best for my use and they said micro pedals rather than more expensive set.. Again excellent service....

Gear4music offer good service on all my purchases,
However the G4M guitar tuner I bought recently is not very good and i can not use it, I did consider returning item..

Excellent on line purchase experience and delivery from GAK music, the Fender speaker arrived well packed and on time.

Very good service, I ordered online, Squire Standard Strat guitar the process was very good including price of guitar and free delivery also getting text delivery update , I would of given 5 stars except when I contacted GAK to query something about guitar set up, I was told they would only loosen the strings, I have retuned strings but nothing was done about 'action' prior to delivery it now means I will have to set up the 'action' myself or pay someone to do it for me as not near to GAK to return Guitar, so I feel little disappointed overall with this side of my purchase, which to me was a lot of money to buy Guitar..

My family and myself have bought many items from Argos by first referring to the caterlogue for product info then going to local store to complete purchase, however since the start of 2016 the level of customer service and less staff members makes shopping experience seem as if it is going down hill fast. I also find the reserve on line and go to store to purchase service very unreliable as on couple of occasions items reserved were not available when I got to store.
One positive is the Argos express delivery service with allocated time slot which I have used several times and it has proved reliable.
Shame can only give 3 stars ***.
