Ok, so i've been having trouble with a debt on my account that was nothing to do with me, and even though a few people on the chat tried to help me, a shout out to Elle for being the one to get things sorted!!!

I would give less than a 1 star rating if I could...
This bank locked my cards with no explanation, and when I have been in contact with Kontist regarding this, on more than one occasion, all they tell me is that SolarisBank AG has to fix the problem. Customer support is not allowed to speak to SolarisBank AG, they can only email them. They have no updates about what is going on, aside from the fact they have notified SolarisBank AG and you have to wait for SolarisBank AG to investigate. When I then tried to make a further complaint, I am told that ll complaints need to go to SolarisBank AG directly as Kontist is not actually a bank.
Kontist, and therefore SolarisBank AG left me stranded in the UK with no access to my money and after more than 2 weeks, have still not unlocked my account or even given me a reason as to what the problem is, they are simply holding the money in my account with no explanation

Clicktrans is great, and the only reason I haven't given a 5 Star rating is simply based on the site's over-simplistic set-up. If you use the site, I'll see what I mean

Fantastic help from the person on the phone

We were signed up to Utility Warehouse through a letting agent without our knowledge and was sent all of the internet rubbish and all. Bills began to arrive for internet and phone, and when we informed them we did not sign up to it, they informed us thats fine, they'll cancel it. However, they continue to bill us for line rental 4 months later.
This company is rubbish and we are considering Legal Action to stop them as they are in Breach of FCA rules and regulations.
Stay away from them
