Brilliant service

I needed a uk number to be available to me in China and subsequently in the uk. I installed a sip client on my phone. It has all worked perfectly. I did need to contact support at the beginning for a verification. They were brilliant, clearly understood their product.

Ordered online at 8 pm

Ordered online at 8 pm. Next three hours a flow or messages giving progress reports. 11 pm message from DPD. Saying they were expecting a parcel for me from Curry’s. Next day 9.30 am message saying delivery delivery will be between 10:30 and 11. 30. 1010 message saying driver will be with you within 30 minutes. 10:30. Item delivered. It was a vaccum cleaner so moderate size. You can’t knock the service. Brilliant.

Ok, don't believe the dates offered.

In the end all was ok and the garage I went to were fantastic but the booking process is hopeless. When you are booking they give you dates a day or two away, enough time for them to ship the tyres, they take your money but have no idea of the real availability of the chosen garage to fit it. In my case there was going to be a weeks delay. Rearranging was not easy they even suggested I needed to go to the original garage to pick up the tyre and take it elsewhere to get it fitted. The business model is flawed. Don't take payment until you can guarantee the availability and don't mislead with availability. If I had booked online with Kwik fit it would have been quicker and within .50p on price.

All went well until we boarded the…

All went well until we boarded the plane Sat on tarmac for an hour, then no sandwiches etc available. Waited 2 hours for the trolly service. Hotel spotless and staff really lovely.problem is the site is over developed. Cramped pool to the point we did not feel comfortable using it at all. Our garden Room looked out onto the wall of the next building six feet away. With trees growing and blocking the light it was two weeks of darkness. The village is a main road with a couple of grill restaurants on it. On the beach terms and conditions try to push all responsibility back onto the customer . If for any reason (FCO advice say)they are struggling to get your money back from the airlines they will not pay out.They need to rethink what customer service means.

Really pleased with frame

Really pleased with frame. Took a couple of days to dispatch but they use DPD for delivery so once sent you know when it will be delivered and that it will be safe and sound. This frame was used to show off a photo as a present for someone. They were delighted with it. If I had ordered the frame from the photo lab it would have been three times the price.

Good customer service, poor delivery logoistics

This order was for a replacement sofa where the original had fallen apart in less than 6 months. I am trying to to fair here, The problem should not have occurred but the phone customer service was really excellent. They asked for a photo and immediately arranged a replacement there and then and it shipped very quickly. The range have a real problem with their carrier Arrow. There is a complete disconnect between the two. The date given to you by the range is a guess. When they ship Arrow then contact you to arrange the real date. This can be very different. In this case Arrow disconnected the link between collecting the old sofa and delivering the new sofa. My living room is as a result very very crowded. The Range need to sort better carrier arrangements.

I ordered two sofas

I ordered two sofas. They were delivered late. Whilst chasing the order Customer Services were unable to find out where the order was. What is more they were not interested in helping. When the delivery did arrive the two enormous boxes were just left in the room. They would not unbox or set them up they were in the room less than a minute, this is despite me being assured by Arrow customer service that this would be done if requested. Again I felt the drives could not care less, it was dump and go. So far I am happy with the product but the service is dreadful so I really hoping I don't have a problem with them.

I bought a Sonos 3 speaker

I bought a Sonos 3 speaker. It was described as C grade. I was concerned exactly what condition it would be in. It came within 2 days in it's original packing and without a mark on it. It looks brand new. Great service and a bit of a bargain. Set up and working with my otherSonos products in a couple of minutes.

Delivered promptly and works well

Delivered promptly and works well. Not a replacement for a vaccuum sealer but very convenient for sealing a packet of peas etc . Takes a little practice, I still prefer scissors to the cutter. Feels the price is a little high but not high enough to put you off. It does work.

Brilliant service and value

Boxt were the cheapest of four quotes we had, saving us several hundered pounds. I was wary about buying this off the internet but as Worcester have a large stake in them I was reassured. The whole process was really easy. They gave a quote there and then, I placed the order for an agreed install date a couple of days away. They asked for some photos and then rang about a issue which we sorted. Installation day arrived and the engineer was there before 8, with the boiler arriving shortly afterwards. The whole thing was installed and working be 4 in the afternoon. The installer did a great job of keeping things neat and tidy, solving problems rather than grumbling about them. He even managed to get the condensate drainage to be internal whereas the other suppliers were going to drill through the walls and drain it outside. A brilliant value for money story. Could not have asked for more.

Bargain with first rate service

Ordered online, item (huawei m pen) came early, exactly as described. It was sold as used but in reality I am pretty sure it was brand new. It had the original wrapping on the pen and the two spare tips. A £30 plus saving on list price and £22 cheaper than Amazon. A real bargain with first rate service.
