My only issue is the locker was to high to reach my parcel & someone had to help me 🤣
I’m 5ft & it was the top locker.

Had to get someone to fit for me as wasn’t confident to do myself.
Super happy to have clean drinking water.
Updates on delivery didn’t happen & had to contact Water2 to find out.

There is an odour from the mattress that is very strong, I’ve contacted customer service & there support has been brilliant.

The staff @ Scampers Soham have been extremely helpful to me & my cat while she has been unwell.
Allowing me & advising me on different food choices for her wellbeing.
All returnable if she did not like it.
