Once again my parcel has been left on my doorstep rather than behind the garden gate.

My mother is 83 and has dementia and has recently returned home from hospital. I have an Argos account that I used to order my mother a new bed . Having waited for the delivery from 9-11 as instructed the delivery men turned up two hour late and dumped the bed just inside the front door. I asked them to take it upstairs and they refused. ' we work for DHL, we only deliver'. I phoned customer services who queried whether I had asked for the bed to be taken upstairs. They refused to call the delivery people back so I was left trying to get the bed upstairs myself . I'm a 52 year old female .
