This company do not reply to emails, send cleaners at wrong times and take money when they have not cleaned!! Absolutely atrocious customer service, I have had no clean in 6 weeks and been charged twice!

I tried this company through a Groupon voucher and was pleasantly surprised. They were able to book me on my preferred day, a nice lady picked my car up at 10am and I had a phone call to say it was ready by 2pm. I had a MOT and full service and with parts I had to pay an extra £245. I would definately use again.
