Very disappointed. An expensive barbecue that I could have cleaned better myself. I accepted the service because I had guests in the house but realise I should have complained at the time. Didn't even smell clean after. Wouldn't use this company again

I had booked an oven clean for between 12pm and 4pm. On the day of the clean, I received a text at 12.55pm to say that my cleaner would be over an hour late. As I had not been given an exact time for my cleaner to arrive, this message didn't really tell me anything about when I should expect him to arrive or how late he will be. I then didn't hear anything else until I received a missed call at 3.40pm, which I later found out was the cleaner calling. I was told that I would be called when the cleaner was on their way, so I assumed that he would be with us within the hour. Again, I heard nothing else. It got to 4.50pm and still no word, so I called the office. I was told that the cleaner had only just arrived at the clean before ours, so he would still be another couple of hours. Due to having plans that evening, we cancelled the clean. After stating that i was unhappy with the lack of communication, and for having to wait indoors the whole day, I was told that they would look into reimbursement. We agreed that they would email me the following day, as I would not be available to take a phone call, to reschedule the clean and discuss reimbursement. The next day I then had a phone call from oven clean, even though I said I wouldn't be able to take a call. They said that they do not offer reimbursements or money off. They then offered a free hob clean, which I do not need, or £10 off an extractor fan clean, which I did not feel was sufficient reimbursement for the poor experience. I therefore opted for a refund, and I was told this would be sent to the accounts department. I have not heard anything else and it has been a week now and I still don't know if this refund has been processed. I have tried calling, but no one seems to answer the phone. Avoid this company!

Great service, value for money, oven looks as good as new!

The cleaner that came to me was Max and I was delighted with the job he did for me. He had three appliances to clean, my oven, dishwasher and washing machine. He did a lovely job on all three, they’re all sparkly clean now. Thank you

He arrived within the allocated time, set straight to work & the finished results were excellent.
He cleaned up after himself & was very polite.

Had my cooker cleaned by Michael today was very pleased with the result.

Extremely disappointed in the entire service or should I say lack of service. First appointment i cancelled as the technician was over an hour late. Second appointment booked 9am to noon, call centre called me with a noon to 2pm slot booked. At 1.45 pm call from them again to say van broke down and can they book another time. At this point i had waited in on both occasions and decided that had had enough opportunity to fulfil the contract so I asked for a refund. Email received same day to refund being processed....interesting...took my money the same day I booked but refund would take up to 14 days. Why? We are in the electronic age..money transfers are instantaneous. So here we are day 12 still no refund. I should charge you interest!

I recently booked an oven clean and was pleased with the quality of the work itself — the cleaner did an excellent job and left the oven looking great.

While arranging the final payment I was offered an extractor clean for an additional £35, which I accepted. On the day, the technician assessed the extractor and advised that a deep clean wasn’t necessary, so the work wasn’t carried out and a refund was promised.

It’s now been three weeks and, despite following up several times, the £35 refund is still showing as pending. While the amount isn’t large, the delay and lack of clear updates have been frustrating and have overshadowed an otherwise positive experience.

The cleaning service was very good, but clearer communication and a faster refund process would make a real difference. I hope this can be resolved promptly so that future customers don’t encounter the same issue.

Michael was amazing got my oven sparkling and looking brand new. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Kevin who cleaned my 17 year old cooker and extractor fan made it as good as new and was extremely helpful .
