Website faulty but customer service great

Website faulty, unable to order online due to pages not loading properly. Phoned up customer services, they also found website faulty, however, they were very helpful and able to make the order for me regardless. Good advice given over the phone, very patient and helpful.

Dyson agents were great

Dyson agents were great, thought I would need to jump through hoops or send machine back as still under guarantee, but they took me through troubleshooting tips, diagnosed the fault, and sent the necessary parts in the post. Machine now working again.

A pleasure to buy from UK Saunas.

Very easy to choose and order a sauna, although delivery was delayed, this was due to circumstances beyond the control of UK Saunas (the shipping problems in China during pandemic), but when the sauna arrived it was well packaged, delivered on a pallet, and was very easy to install and build. Communications with UK Saunas were always dealt with very swiftly and professionally - quick to answer the phone and quick to respond to emails.
I would happily buy from UK Saunas again.

Phone service diabolical for urgent enquiries. Otherwise a fair service.

When the prescriptions are in stock and come through on time this is a good service. But - if you order everything at the same time, they will wait util all meds are in stock before sending, which can delay a whole batch, so sometimes it is better to order things separately if you know what may be out of stock that could delay a delivery. However, if you need to contact urgently by phone (to get a delayed prescription returned so it can go somewhere else to get it on time) it can be virtually impossible to speak to an advisor. I have only got through twice. On one occasion I have been kept in the queue for 42 mins, got to the front of the queue and then been disconnected, so had to phone again, and wait yes - another 42 mins, get to the front of the queue, and you guessed it - disconnected again. That was for a prescription I needed returned so it could be reissued to a local pharmacy for collection that day. But, if you have meds that are in stock, the service is good. They just need to sort out the phone contact.

We want to make sure you receive all your medicine together where possible because patients have said they find multiple deliveries more difficult to manage. However, this does mean we will wait for all your medicine to be available before we get started.

We do notify you about this within the stock updates we send you via email and app notification. You can tell us to send what we can sooner at any time by clicking through Help > I need my medication sooner.

We have been experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment and this has caused a significant delay in our response time but this shouldn't have impacted your experience. You can also get in touch via help@lloydsdirect.co.uk so that one of our team can look into any queries you may have.

Bought my first product from OnBuy.com and very happy with my purchase. Good value, does what it says on the tin, quick delivery, well packaged, easy ordering. I can recommend OnBuy.com from this purchase and will look at their site before I order elsewhere in future.

I would have given a higher rating

I would have given a higher rating, however, it took several days for some of the meds ordered to be brought back into stock, which caused a little stress.... to get them from somewhere else would mean cancelling the whole order and starting again, as there were many meds on the order.
Other than that, it has been very convenient.

Thank you for your review and we're sorry that you have experienced stock issues.

If we are not able to get your medication to you on time, we can always return your prescription so that it can be collected from a local pharmacy instead, so there is no need to cancel and start your request completely. We send you through your prescription barcode via email, so that you can take this into any pharmacy of your choice, who will then be able to download your prescription and process it for you.

You can action this by calling through to us or via your account yourself by going to "Help" and then "I need my medication sooner" where you will be given some further options.

This should be taught at school!
Second Nature is a brilliant education programme for a healthy lifestyle, with a good support network, fantastic recipes, and knowledgable people who can help answer questions on your journey. The only downside is that some of the resources are only available on the phone/tablet app. Sadly this excludes those of us who only use this technology by laptop/computer from accessing all of the resources available. However, even in this limited capacity it is still extremely beneficial.

Excellent customer service

Claire at Dreams is a brilliant Sales person, giving just the right amount of attention without being overbearing, totally available for help, and very friendly and easy to talk to. We usually do not order upon first visit to a store, but we really wanted to order through Claire, so Dreams got our business. The following day we found a minor glitch with our order, which (Claire not being at work) Ollie the assistant manager dealt with and resolved. It is lovely to go to a store where they make customer service such a high priority, and appear see you as a person and not just a purchaser.

Quite Happy

Good service, very quick delivery, website easy to navigate - you will be offered other items as you try to check out, and it is quite difficult not to buy them as some of them seem really good! If you have money to spend, that is fine, if not, don't even read them!
Products are good. I bought the wunderbrow in brunette. Very happy, it takes a steady hand to apply but with practice you can get the result you are after. Mine does wear off overnight, but I do not wear much, and anticipate if I put more on it would stay. The lash extensions stain mascara is good, and the volumizing one too, I wash them off with normal make up remover as I don't like sleeping in them, I did try the first night, it stayed on, but with me I had very slight shadow under one eye - but it could be that my skin was a little oily and I do rub my eyes a lot! As my eyebrows go greyer, I am considering the blonde wunderbrow, they do come up dark. Also, plucking after applying has stopped me taking too much off my brow, and guess what, they are regrowing nicely. It was worth buying just for that.

Happy to Recommend

As per the website guarantee, the price of an online order of these tyres could not be beaten anywhere else I searched (and I searched thoroughly!). Also, the customer service was excellent, very friendly, and the waiting area comfortable and clean with tv and hot drinks machine, so the short wait was no problem whatsoever. Will definitely use this garage again.
