I had received the wrong item ! I posted a message on their out of hours message system with all the details Inc the postal info of the incorrect item I posted back to TwoTyres the same day , and that I would ring up and speak to somebody first thing the next day ! I spoke to Jo who was a lovely lady who helped get my order sorted ! The same day Jo rang me back to tell me my tyre was resent out for delivery ! I got a text at 10:09 that my tyre had been delivered ! Now I was impressed at how quickly this had happened , 1st class customer service , thank you so much .

I bought this fantastic new album by Rag n Bone Man , but unfortunately there was a problem with the quality of one of the vinyls , I sent an email to Sandbag straight away I got a response saying they would be in touch , then I got another email saying sorry and that a replacement will be sent out .I'm very happy with how this complaint has been handled ,it means a lot ! It's the very first time I've ever had to complain about a quality of new vinyl. First class service
