I only gave 5 stars because I cannot give 10. My 35 year old BMW 850i had had a leaking HP Power Steering hose for longer than I care to admit, until finally it became dire, and undriveable. The replacement is, you guessed it: no longer available, though I'm told some are out there somewhere at staggering prices.
I got it off, and sent it to Dave, at Pirtek, Telford on Tuesday. I was hopeful, but not over optimistic. He sent it back to me on Friday. FIXED! Not only fixed, but with the connections in the correct orientation, ready to fit back in place; which I did today, Saturday.
Huge thanks to them; they are top-notch at what they do, and to have it back so quickly was the icing.

Handed my Rolex watch over to David Gilbert in January for a service after concerns since I'd let some water get into it. He told me he would in turn hand it over to some `Swiss Watch Company?` he uses, for the repair. Ok, fine. Seemed okay when I had it back at first, but when I asked for a written confirmation/breakdown of the repair from the firm he used, he told me there was none. Their name isn't on any paperwork I got from him, only his; which raised my suspicions. A red flag. Subsequently a few weeks later I noticed the hands were misaligned at noon - the long hand and the short hand not meeting at the 12 `o` clock position. Another red flag. He took it back, and I got it back a week or so later corrected. Fine. Four months later, the watch stops after 12 hours despite having been wound, and tends to stop at random intervals. Decided NOT to let him have hold of it again despite his 6 month guarantee, and sent it off to a reputable Rolex specialist instead, who've told me it needs a new mainspring and balance, amongst other things. The cost for this is going to be high, on top of what I've already paid him^
I was a fool to have trusted him with my expensive watch.

No one else had the part I needed for my L322 (Foam rubber door-pillar pads) They were reasonably priced, and they got them to me quickly. Now they're on the car. Many Thx.

I usually purchase my Classic car service items on ebay, but I'm finding it increasingly difficult to get some of them, and they're becoming prohibitively expensive coming from places like Lithuania.
Looking elsewhere other than ebay yielded `ML Performance` whereupon I found the price and availability more to my liking. Having ordered the parts from them, I was kept updated and recieved the goods (from BMW Germany) quite quickly.
It's a good thing to broaden your searches.

Couldn't get this remote for the Fuel Burning Heater anywhere else. Without one, the car was missing a key element of functionality.
Very pleased to get it. Arrived in less than four days.

I had my tyre blow out on my Range Rover the day previous. Relieved that they could supply and fit a new pair at such short notice. The blokes themselves are pleasant to deal with.

They had the product I wanted, since I'd been unable to obtain it from other sources.
I like the fact that I didn't need to `create an account` and could just complete the order through my Paypal, with minimal fuss. The order arrived quickly.
The Product itself, `Super Secret` chain wax, is excellent.

When you make a decision on purchases of this kind, you want them to go swiftly, both with the payment, and delivery. Sharps Pixley didn't disappoint on either of these, and neither did the item itself, which is as promised, and competitively priced.

I got what I wanted for my Countax mower, without having to trawl through complicated search options involving part numbers etc.
Item was in stock, and I recieved it in only a few days.

The Orca suit arrived after two days, was well packaged, and in perfect condition.
Difficult to gauge the size needed however. Looking at the charts; I deduced that I'd need a size 11 or 10. Having once bought a 10 elsewhere a few months ago, I found that to be far too loose a fit, and had to send it back. So I opted for an 8. Radically different to what the stats laid out, but it's a perfect fit. Tight all over, but it will `give` after it's been used a few times.
So it was a shot in the dark, but it worked out well. Would have been better however had I phoned and asked for some guidance from the seller as to sizing.
Anyway, I'm really pleased with it, especially now that all of the pools have closed.

These Countax parts aren't easy to find elsewhere either.

The exact thing I wanted (Elite Turbo-trainer), cheaper than anywhere else, and with no extra costs.
Was told when it would arrive, which was two days after I'd ordered it. And it did.

Looked at various sites, and read several reviews before deciding to buy this Asus Zenbook UX301LA-DE176T Notebook.
GoGoDigital had it at the best price I could find by quite a wide margin, so I took the plunge, and bought it. Being as it was a lot cheaper from them than other main line stores, I was not expecting anything better than adequate treatment. Instead I found that company kept me completely informed every step of the way, and gave me an accurate to the minute delivery time, which they stuck to.
The laptop itself when I unpacked it was absolutely A1, with all packaging in perfect condition, despite their proclamation stating that it may not be.
There are guarantees in place for this laptop, but in truth; I haven't looked into any of that at much length, the machine has worked faultlessly since day1. In truth this notebook is every bit as good as the equivalent Macbook at less than a third of the price, plus it is Windows 10, with `Touchscreen` which I find preferable to Apple on every level.

The item I wanted wasn't available anywhere else. I found it on this site , ordered it, and received it in quick time.
