Easy to use website and very helpful customer service desk.

Love my water shoes. Very light and dry quickly. I got a size smaller than usual but the foot part is still big in comparison with wetsuit boots. So far the tie has remained secure. Easy off and on. Love them and the service was good too

The good: Fast delivery and a good price.

The bad: Since I was shipping to Israel, I had to pay in ILS with high currency exchange rate, with no option to choose another currency.

Bought a wetsuit from your online store, and it was a great choice. I was able to easily select the right size, place an order at a discount, and receive it from the courier just a few days later. I ordered a wetsuit from the website. It turns out that the wetsuit I ordered was not in stock. These things happen, it's no big deal if dealt with correctly. It has now been 2 weeks (10 working days) and I am yet to receive my £220 refund. Oh and I obviously still don't have a wetsuit. Not happy at all.

I bought a shorty wetsuit. Good quality and a very comfortable fit. It feels great on, though I’d personally prefer the shorts to be a bit longer. Still, I’m satisfied with the purchase.
