Review of Yamaha

Yamaha are a Waste of Space do not buy any of their Products

I contacted Yamaha about a problem with my DTX6K3 Kit that was present from owning it from brand new, the was BACK IN FEBRUARY THIS YEAR! I already provided all the information to process the fault by their online web text function so far no answer!!!

This is my last email: I am still waiting for a response from Yamaha about the problem with your product(s). It is now June the 7th 2026 I contacted you back on Feb 11th 2026! Why would I want to ever buy or use your products again?

Thank you for your enquiry.
For your reference, your case number is 00530514.

First of all I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your DTX6K3.

Would it be possible for you to email a short video of the issue so that I can investigate this further for you ??

I hope this helps and thank you for contacting Yamaha Music Europe GmbH (UK).

Kind Regards
Daniel Watt FLCM

DHL = (D)amaged Goods (H)ighly (L)ikely

It is NOT possible to log a complaint about DHL Directly they DO NOT PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR COMPLAINTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WONDER WHY? THIS IS ABOUT DHL AND THOMANN... BOTH APPEAR TO BE HYPOCRITES AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND DISHONORABLE?
I have already provided photos both by email and through my online account (OF DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY): Thomann have a 10 picture limit on their/your online facility, maybe Thomann should revise this? This is Your restriction not mine.

You sent the guitar without checking it to your own required standards, NOT my Fault. I am officially requesting you repair it, this is my right according to UK consumer Laws, DHL have mishandled the package and damaged my Guitar, it became my guitar when funds left my bank account and went to Thomann's bank account to pay for this specifically requested item, this is a transactional obligation.

You chose DHL as a courier not me, are their employees up to a required standard? are they vetted for suitability at all? Thomann failed to package and check the guitar properly. I have paid for the item, therefore I own it so I expect you to uphold your contractual obligation and repair it. Thomann are allowed to sell into the UK market to UK customers under certain trade conditions, I bought the item in good faith I expect you the Manufacturer/retailer to equally act in good faith and Honour you contractual obligations. I read the ad when it was presented for sale on your Web site and it stated it has a 3 year Warranty part of the warranty is repairing the instrument.

When I send my guitar back to you at your cost I shall expect you to repair to the standard it was made out to be in your advert when I bought it i.e. a fully functional instrument, B Stock means it has superficial marks on it that in no way impair its usability as a Guitar, therefore it's sound and it's playability are the same as that of a Brand new instrument, I also expect you to guarantee this.

Whether this guitar is no longer Manufacturered or not makes absolutely no difference to its ability to be repaired, also can you make clear about whether or not you are refusing to repair this instrument, if so on what grounds?

Also could you explain, if I were to accept a refund what would happen to the Guitar? Wouldn't it just be repaired and sold on anyway? Surely it would not be scrapped or wasted at all? Wouldn't this go against your green credentials? So I see no reason why my guitar cannot be repaired and put to good use by me, after all that's why I bought it.

I hoped that Thomann were in the business of providing products that properly function, and are of a high quality as that of what Thomann describe on its Website, NOT with parts missing, Frets buzzing, pickups loose, a high action, the intonation being out, the truss rod adjustment tool is missing, likewise the Allen keys to adjust the bridge saddles are also missing etc, etc.

Can DHL and Thomann please explain to me why I should be put to any further inconvenience.

Review of HSBC UK

NOT ALLOWED TO RAISE A DISPUTE!

I was mis-sold something, the retailer lied about its description it is not brand new, it has since stopped working. Ebay allowed the seller to mislead me about its description, I was buying the item in good faith that it was listed as brand new. HSBC have imposed a restriction on me in the form of a deadline to be able to raise a dispute and use Visa charge back to get a refund. I COULD NOT RAISE A DISPUTE EARLIER BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THE SELLER HAD LIED TO ME ABOUT THE ITEM BEING BRAND NEW! I ONLY FOUND OUT IT WAS NOT BRAND KNEW WHEN IT FAILED! IT STOPPED WORKING! I WAS THEN TOLD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER, WHO'S WEB SITE LISTS THE ITEM HAS ONLY BEING AVAILABLE FROM AMAZON NOT EBAY! I ASKED THE SELLER TO PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE BUT THEY HAVE NOT BECAUSE IF THEY DID IT WOULD PROVE IT WAS NOT BRAND NEW!

THE SELLER BREACHED THE RULES AND UK LAW BOTH ON EBAY AND UK CONSUMER LAW BY DELIBERATELY WRONGLY DESCRIBING IT BEFORE I EVEN BOUGHT IT!..... HSBC ARE EFFECTIVELY RETROSPECTIVELY APPLYING A 120 DAY LIMIT ON ME BEING ABLE TO RAISE A DISPUTE AND USE VISA CHARGE BACK, ANY SANCTION TO BE IMPOSED SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE PERPETRATOR IN THIS EVENT! NOT THE VICTIM,ME!!! IF I HAD KNOWN THE ITEM WAS NOT BRAND NEW AS PER ITS SELLERS DESCRIPTION I WOULD NOT GONE AHEAD WITH THE PURCHASE! WHY ARE HSBC ALLOWING SCAMMERS AND FRAUD TO GET AWAY WITH IT!

ALSO WHY WON'T HSBC PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ISSUES?

A Seller LIED in their items…

A Seller LIED in their items Description, but according to eBay I cannot get a refund because the WRONGLY described item failed/stopped working after 28 days. I would not have bought the item at all if eBay had not allowed the seller to WRONGLY describe it!!! The BREACH of eBay rules and UK consumer laws was made before I purchased the item! therefore I cannot be disallowed from a refund! ANY TIME LIMIT RESTRICTION FOR QUALIFICATION FOR A REFUND CANNOT BE IMPOSED ON A CUSTOMER IF THE SELLER LIED ABOUT ITS DESCRIPTION BEFORE ITS PURCHASE, AS THE PURCHASE SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE AHEAD AT ALL! ALSO EBAY ALLOWED THE SELLER TO MIS-DESCRIBE THE ITEM ON THEIR PLATFORM, BUT THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR A SELLER THAT BREAKS THEIR RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND UK CONSUMER LAWS, RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

I complained about them Giving generous discount Vouchers to new customers but NOT regular customers! they should reward loyalty Not Opportunists! Their way of dealing with my complaint was to spam me with junk emails! I am not surprised they only have a 2.3 Rating on trust Pilot. Rather than be fair and encourage loyalty it seems they would rather I go elsewhere! A total customer services fail!

A Waste of space use an alternative to Proton mail

What is the point of using proton mail if at some point in the future you are going to lock customers out of their email accounts, because they decided to change the rules once the customer has committed to your service, proton mail are totally untrustworthy and unreliable?

I have waited 24 hours and got no response you have not explained why you have locked me out of my account!

The complaint I logged was Request #3479913 I had been locked out of the account this is why my account was not active! I would have great difficulty trying to keep my account active if protonmail lock me out! I had definitely NOT left my account unused for more than 12 months this is simply ridiculous, I have had to set up an another account just to be able to log a complaint ticket! strange how when I tried using the supposed inactive accounts address which you should not have deleted, your system notice said the account name was already in use! how can it be if you have deleted it? I received no warnings either.

Why would anyone want to migrate from gmail or hotmail to protonmail if you can not be trusted?, also what if a person is ill for long periods of time with an incurable illness or has been in Hospital?

If you're referring to our inactive account policy, you can find more detailed information here: https://proton.me/support/inactive-accounts

To keep free Proton Accounts active, users need to log in at least once a year. If an account is inactive for 12 months, it may be deleted—but we send multiple reminders (30, 15, and 7 days prior) to prevent this. This policy helps us allocate resources to active users.

If your account was locked, please share your support ticket number here so we can check on the status.

Utterly useless!

Utterly useless! Superdrugs online payment system would not function on for 6 days! I could not contact superdrug to inform them! there is no customer service unless you use whats app with an 8 hour wait time for a response, which means depending on working shift time could mean waiting a lot longer! this is forced compliance as I do not have a whats app account, as it is having to agree to a third parties terms and conditions, it is agreeing to data trawling spyware in order to be able to contact superdrug, because they have No email or phone number which is done deliberately! they just want your money with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

By the time the system started working again the stock had changed leaving me having to miss out and down grade my order! then they changed the order from originally being free postage to charging, then I got another message informing me even more items had been removed from the order, because of their failed systems!

I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone to my bank trying to get them to contact superdrug to inform them of the online payment system failure, they could not contact them either! Superdrug are an utter waste of space I would rather buy somewhere else and pay more for a better service or simply NOT BOTHER!

I would like to cancel my order and have a full refund!

Evasive and Deceitful

Why is your complaints email address deliberately out of service? why is there no customer service email address?

This is part of an email I sent to insta360 (who also sell on Amazon), To highlight the problem I have had with a GoPro Camera I bought from Amazon UK ( ORDER # 206-6604568-5029136) relating to forced customer compliance being used by gadget/tech companies, I have had to return this product! I also have an ongoing problem with Reolink who also sell on your platform, but I purchased direct from them, but the issue is the same!
A customer potentially misusing a product is already covered by the law in the Country with which that Customer resides, as a citizen of their country they agree to these laws.
So Companies, Foreign or National do not need to duplicate through convoluted and contrived Terms and conditions, which are inferior to Sovereign Laws of the Country within which a customer resides.

YOU MUST SIGN GO PROS CONTRACT!!! OBEY OR BE CAST OUT!!!

Go Pro, Force customers to have to sign up and agree to a Data Trawling Go Pro account, this not necessary to be able to use a video camera! also Go Pro force customers to use a data trawling app which is not necessary to configure a video camera or to be able to update firmware! Files could be downloaded via a pc/laptop and installed by USB Connection. Go Pro have no customer services, no direct method or dedicated type of contact, such as an email address, this is the typical controlling behavior of big corporate businesses, forcing customers into a religion type system that is hard to leave, just like apple have done, locking customers into a rolling obligation!

Reolink are Clearly Lying again!

The Response below is Totally Misleading Reolink are: Only offering a Refund on One of my 3 Cameras and One of my 2 Solar Panels, with me paying for the FORCED RETURN OF THEIR PRODUCTS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE BLOCKED ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY BECAUSE I DO NOT AGREE WITH THEIR Terms and Conditions That They have imposed 18 Months after I Bought their Products, This a Post Purchase Forced control of a customers Property! HOW ABOUT REOLINK AGREE TO A CUSTOMERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ALLOW ME TO USE MY PROPERTY WHICH I BOUGHT IN GOOD FAITH, WITHOUT BEING BLOCKED FROM USING MY PROPERTY WITHOUT HAVING TO AGREE TO POSSIBLY DICTATORIAL, DRACONIAN, DATA TRAWLING, PRIVACY BREACHING CONTRIVED AND CONVOLUTED MANUFACTURES TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

Reolink are Clearly Lying again!

Reolink have NOT Explained the imposing of restrictions on users/customers through your recently created Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, I have read and discovered within the first few paragraphs that If I do not accept them I cannot use my cameras! this is fact!

These Terms and Conditions have been imposed POST PURCHASE OF YOUR PRODUCTS!!! why is it that I could use my cameras without agreeing to Reolink restricting me doing so for 18 months, now they wish to control my access to my own property!

Below is Reolink's response to ignoring my complaint and being condescending and deliberately avoiding answering my questions! they have Not posted this on trust pilot, I wonder why?

to: Mr Sizon and reolink I CANNOT USE MY CAMERAS WITHOUT AGREEING TO YOUR CONTRIVED Terms and Conditions that you are imposing 18 months after buying your products, THEREFORE MY CAMERAS ARE BLOCKED! SO EITHER ALLOW ME ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY, OR GIVE ME A FULL REFUND FOR MY THREE CAMERAS AND TWO SOLAR PANELS, WITH REOLINK ARRANGING AND PAYING FOR THEIR COLLECTION! The email below only offers a refund for one Camera!

STOP LYING!

Again you are deliberately Not Answering My Questions! You have not explained or Justified your Terms and Conditions, or your so called Policy Update, that you are trying to Force onto Customers. If I knew that Reolink would try and Impose Restrictions on the use of my property ' I would not have bought your products,if I knew you would restrict access', 'you are doing this POST PURCHASE of the product!' which is contrived, scheming and deceitful!

ALSO STOP LYING:I Cannot access my Cameras, I cannot check the Battery Power, the Memory Level,or any Recorded Footage, I cannot Monitor my Home when leaving it unattended, I cannot even check if they are working correctly! I cannot update or manage any settings on the Cameras! There is No point in having security Cameras if I cannot use them and adjust their settings to my needs!
Answer me these questions: Who owns Reolink? In which Country do the Owners and Manufacturers Reside?,What is the Country of Origin for the Design and Marketing of Reolink and its products? What is the jurisdiction of the area within which Reolink trades?

Also I (Customers)can use Visa Chargeback to obtain refunds from Sellers/retailers that adopt unfair, illegal and unethical practices, this is part of the sale of goods act UK, and UK consumer rights laws and rules, also GDRP Rules regards privacy and security!

Reolink: Must offer its customers two choices: as with Browser cookies on web sites, clearly allowing an opt out privacy/ non-data trawling option!
Thus: the customer can decide if they want to give way and agree to your terms and conditions voluntarily.

Those that do not agree to Reolink's restrictions to the use of customers property that they have bought for in good faith, that they have the other choice of not being restricted and/or have their privacy and private data be used by anyone other than themselves.

In response to my earlier complaint/trust pilot review. I am NOT GOING TAP TO AGREE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON YOUR APP, TO ACCESS MY CAMERAS, WHEN I HAVE SPECIFICALLY MADE A COMPLIANT ABOUT NOT BEING ALLOWED ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY (MY CAMERAS) BECAUSE REOLINK HAVE JUST RECENTLY IMPOSED TERMS AND CONDITION ONTO THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT PREVIOUSLY DID NOT EXIST, I HAD ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY FOR 18 MONTHS WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS, YOUR SUGGESTION IS UTTERLY PREPOSTEROUS AND NOT A SOLUTION!!! WHICH YOU SAY IF: I DO NOT AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THIS EQUALS NO ACCESS TO YOUR CAMERAS: SO JUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITION!!! THIS IS INSANE!!! REOLINK ARE IN BREACH OF UK GDPR RULES AND UK CONSUMER RIGHTS LAWS REGARDING SPYING, DATA TRAWLING AND BREACH OF PRIVACY !!! Answering your reply to my earlier complaint/ trust pilot review: Virgin Ref: C-2201243. You suggest contacting Virgin, I already have several times by email, you keep sending me the same condescending patronising response! Virgin Media's Eight Year Old Router Failed!

Virgin Media's Eight Year Old Router Failed! I had loss of service for 43 hours costing me £39.00 in payg mobile data, which they are refusing to compensate me for fully, I had reported very poor wi-fi with the eight year old router for Many Years but Virgin Refused to do anything about it, they just kept charging me the full amount for my broadband! They had to replace this declining aged router because the power switch Finally Broke! When a New Router was installed my WI-FI Drastically Improved, thus proving the old router was the problem all along!

Virgin Media are being condescending, I do not have time to be wasting on their bullying and patronising antics, they will not acknowledge they are at fault at all, and are using the tactic of the current era of time, which is to fob of the customer and hope you give up and go away!!!

Virgin media create a problem then deny responsibility and blame the customer!

BLOCKED ACCESS to My Reolink Security cameras

I have three Reolink Security cameras, I cannot access any of them because I do not agree with Reolink's data gathering, spying, privacy breaching contrived terms and conditions, that have been imposed recently around this time Feb 2nd 2024. I tried to login to my cameras to check the are working OK and that the batteries still have enough charge, but I was unable after 19 months of being able to access these cameras without restrictions, which are my property which I have bought and paid for! your rules are in contravention of UK GDPR Rules and UK Consumer rights laws.
I have tried to contact reolink by web chat got no response! by email I got NO RESPONSE!

I have tried to raise a support ticket on reolink's website but I have to agree to further terms and conditions just to be able to do that!

There is no charge free or low cost Customer service phone number available either, again the is being done deliberately!
