Strauss have been very helpful and accommodating with some issues I had with a pair of boots and sent me a new pair which I’m very thankful for.

Easy to use site/easy to order.
Good reliable fast delivery and the exchange rate was very reasonable.

Luckily I’ve not had to use the insurance but the ease of arranging cover, the cover provided and price all seem to be good in my opinion.

I generally always find the staff very friendly and helpful. Pricing is usually very reasonable and products are usually of good quality.

I’ve found Engelbert Strauss to be a very good company with quality products and now with the different delivery options even better.

I liked the communication, being kept up to date but was disappointed that the driver thought the front door was a safe place, in view of anybody passing.
There is a note telling delivery people what to do with parcels if no one is home.

Followed instructions and well informed. Shame you don’t take a photo to show exactly where parcels are left like some other delivery companies though.
