We were excited to get our water softener.the gentleman arrived, he explained he didn’t have the outside cabinet for our softener( we didn’t have space under the sink and this was a solution). He would pick it up the cabinet later that day and install the next day .
Thats was 4 days ago . I phoned the company twice . All they have done is schedule an appointment in 10 days from installation.
They have no idea about their installer , unawares of a problem. Mean while unit has sat out in the rain and will continue to until appointment. If the man had explain that there would be a delay with getting all the parts I would have waited . So disappointed it has soured everything about this .

Simply a brilliant service! PaulSB was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable when he came to fix the machine. He explained the product, its functionality, and maintenance clearly and patiently.

who delivered them to me was so friendly and put them in my porch for me I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get a water softener

Leigh was very professional- he let us know when to expect him, he explained the ins and outs of the work, and installed the new filter and tap expertly. Great job all round.

Very professional company with a unique product.

We had a very good experience with David Griffiths who visited us to demonstrate the Harvey Culligan water softener and purifier. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly and patiently. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we fully understood how the system works and its benefits.

The demonstration was very helpful and informative, and we really appreciated his friendly and professional approach. Excellent service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!

The installation of my softener went well and the product is so far performing as expected with soft water making a huge difference to washing, kitchen and bathroom equipment

Water softener that's still in warranty required a fix. A quick phone call, engineer visit arranged and repair done. All very smooth and professional.
Jason visited and rectified the problem without hesitation. He's knowledgeable, polite, friendly and ensured everything is working, testing the unit before finishing off, leaving everything neat and tidy.

The product seems fine however the customer service is awful. Our ‘I lid’ doesn’t work, lots of remote instructions mostly a repeat of the instructions. Nothing worked despite trying across two accounts, on both Apple and Android. We’ve been sent a replacement lid but still doesn’t work and now radio silence. I also find it very frustrating that a standard response seems to doesn’t work with Apple but all the boxes and instructions say download the app from Apple Store. Just really frustrating having functionality that we can’t use and no one in the company cares.

I wish to give my thanks to engineer Toby Miller for an excellent service in installing my watersoftener and being very helpfull. A very pleasant young man.

Without being asked, Stuart Chapman took the delivery of block salt down the side of the house and set all the bags on the appropriate shelf in the shed.

Ricky, the delivery driver is very polite and friendly. He is very helpful, he brought the salt around to the backdoor and placed it in the kitchen.

Things have so much improved since Culligan Harvey started to deliver salt blocks directly, it’s like night and day and hopefully the memories of DHL bringing half smashed (On a good day) blocks are OVER!

I have received the blocks for the last two orders by Stuart, who really goes above and beyond good customer service. He gives you the heads up of when he’ll be coming, he is always smiling and polite, seriously he needs to get customer service award of the year!

Good communication after placing the order and Paul, the delivery driver, was friendly and helpful, bringing in the blocks and stacking them for me. Excellent service.

Installer came yesterday done job. But he is not friendly person. If I ask any questions he replies let me finish my job. And using old type of water stop lever used. I am not happy.

Stuart C. delivered my salt today and the service was genuinely excellent. He was very polite, friendly, and took real care with the delivery. He didn’t hesitate to lift the salt bags in for me, which I really appreciated. He’s a real credit to the company, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service.

Stuart Chapman from Harvey’s made the drop today of my blocks of salt. He’d called me to let me know ahead of time what his ETA would be. Very polite and the service was great.
