Harvey's provides an excellent salt…
Harvey's provides an excellent salt delivery service. It is always very easy to place an order and delivery is made within a couple of days. No fuss made about leaving the product in a safe place, notification provided when it was on its way and delivered and photographic evidence provided.

Excellent service. Appointment was made and the engineer turned up when expected. He worked tirelessly sorting the broken water softener and only left when he was happy that it was back in full working order. Full marks.

I made an error on Saturday 22nd August…
I made an error on Saturday 22nd August when placing my order for 2 25kg of salt. Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered an additional 9 packs of block salt. I realised immediately my mistake and phoned customer service. I spoke to James Parker who dealt with this very professionally. James told me being a Saturday my order was not showing on the system. He also informed me he would check again later. We also agreed I phone at 9am on Monday to check the status of my order. When I phoned on the Monday my order had been cancelled and a refund was on its way to me. I would like to thank James for his excellent customer service.

8 years and counting. Brilliant through and through
I have been with Culligan Harvey Water Softener since 2018 and glad I took the opportunity. That piece of hardware has saved me thousands over the years in maintenance cost of every equipment in my house that utilises water. Also i have to deal with limescale less and less. The service is top tier every time from order to delivery. My most recent delivery was handled by Norman who was very helpful, polite and knowledgable. Highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this service…
I would not recommend this service easily, mainly because we experienced a major issue with the delivery and the communication with the company.
We were told by customer service that delivery would take 3–4 days and that the delivery company would keep us informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, it took more than 14 days to arrive, and we had to contact customer service three times just to find out where our order was.
This was particularly disappointing as the full payment had already been made. The lack of communication and the delay made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating.
Overall, this is not the level of service I would expect, and I hope they improve their delivery process and communication with customers.
