Had a water cooler fitted by Osian Jones. He was efficient, helpful great service. Nothing was too much trouble removed packagingand disposedof it. Polite and pleasant person and ver quick. Great service

Today, Service Driver Steven Dooner conducted himself with exceptional politeness and respect, even though he was unable to complete the assigned task due to circumstances beyond his control. He clarified that he is an agency driver. Nevertheless, his respectful demeanor was highly valued.

I received excellent customer service from Lisa W. She resolved the issue I was experiencing regarding the lack of communication about my servicing request. The matter was dealt with quickly, and she kept me fully informed throughout the process. Lisa was extremely helpful, professional and it was lovely speaking to her.

Excellent service received from Dean Creasey who came to our site yesterday to do some work on one of our water bottle machines. He has a professional attitude and is polite too. We look forward to seeing him again when he delivers our next order of water bottles.

Osian was super helpful and had great customer service. He came into the unit to ask if we wanted our new water bottles delivered to this unit or the new unit after seeing our sign saying we were moving units. We were happy to have the water bottles here but appreciated the offer greatly.

Tried to sign up, asked a few questions and got blatantly ignored. My email has been read as I have received read receipts but nobody responded and I missed the sign up offer. Guess I’ll have to go elsewhere

Great Customer Services at the time, also keeping us updated after the initial call as to when the engineer will be coming. Lisa was very friendly and extremely helpful and the engineer arrived on time and sorted the issue quickly.

What an appalling service. We took out a contract with Culligan and ordered a water cooler, 3 bottles of water and some paper cups. The chap turns up with the cooler and a bottle of water. He went back to his van and got 2 more bottles of water when I asked where they were but didnt know anything about the paper cups. They followed a few days later, no big problem. When our water started running low I called the company and placed an order for 5 bottles of mineral water. 2 days later, when I wasnt in the office the same chap turned up with 5 bottles of plain water (which is a LOT cheaper). No mineral water. I checked our order online and can see the lady I ordered with placed an order for 5 bottles of mineral water AND 5 bottles of plain water - so she got it wrong but the delivery driver messed up again as well by not delivering the mineral water as well. What a mess. I called as soon as I got in the office to tell them about the latest mess up and some chap raised a service request - with an SLA of 5 days. Not happy, we'll have run out of water by then. Not ordering any more water from Culligan, there are plenty of other suppliers.
Just noticed they have double charged us for the paper cups too ......
