We are here to provide a solution to an ever increasing single-use plastic problem.
In the pursuit of clean and tasty water, more than 100 million filter cartridges go to landfill each year. In 2019 we decided to put an end to that by creating the first refillable filter cartridge.
Simply open the cartridge and pour in the fresh filter granules every 45 days.
Phox products are manufactured in the UK with a strong focus on sustainability.

I moved and forgot to notify you
I moved and forgot to notify you. I received an email to say my parcel was being sent. I contacted Customer Service immediately and my order was cancelled, new address sorted abs delivery 2 days later. All done within 10 minutes of phoning. Very impressed and I love the filters!

Received my filter jug earlier than expected which was fantastic. Very nicely packaged and easy to set up.
Using the product has been intermittent for me due to unforeseen circumstances however the family have been using and loving having ready to use filtered water.

I'm on the subscribe system so I get my refills automatically. Find it hassle free and reliable. Everything is done for me so I don't have to remember to reorder. The system works well with my brita jug and I'm not stuck with plastic containers mounting up until I can get them to a recycling bin. Which are few and far between. Been very happy since I switched to phox filter system.

So much better than the others I have used.
I purchased the original Water Filter, (the Phox V2) but was encouraged to leave it behind by my housemates when I moved, so its a while since I tried Phox water. The alkaline water is really excellent, and works very well in coffee, as well as a regular drinking water. Thank you Phox.
