This is a drop shipping scam. I ordered it a week ago, thought it was odd that it hasn’t arrived - after bit of googling only to discover you can buy the same thing on AliExpress for £20. Avoid avoid avoid do not be stupid like me!

Waited two weeks for it to be shipped to me which tells me this is not being shipped from the UK. When it finally arrived it arrived dirty like foreign objects in the packaging. Scratches and fingerprints and just dirt on the stainless steel unit. Wish I could attach pictures to this review because it was actually disgusting the state it arrived in. When I emailed and complained they said that I’d received a package that they send to their wholesalers by mistake which didn’t make sense. So what you send your wholesalers dirty or used versions of your product? Then the “replacement” arrived which was just two spare filters that go inside not an actual replacement unit. I asked where to ship this back to because at this point I don’t trust the quality control or quality at all. They sent me a return address no label so assuming they want me to pay for it.

AUG 2026. An order is on its way !😤.unauthorised use of my Visa card 🤯..have had this product 6 months..I always order my filters without any SUBSCRIPTION!!so now I have to phone the bank and deal with theft from account..I’m furious to say the least..the product itself does not live up to its advertising standards. The tap device has been leaking for the last 6 weeks..the switch tap is not working properly. Usage is low! As only one person using it..the filters don’t clean the water like my PHOX filters..I will be returning to the jug. I’m seriously wondering if this is just another scam product..

I don’t get these negative reviews at all. The universal fitting worked for me but they sent me one free to the measurements, then suggested my tap may need replacing and asked if I would like 50 percent off original order to put towards a new one! I needed a washer replaced is all but the water tastes soft and no smell of chlorine, my hair stopped finding itself in my food and after 3 months when my hair started turning up in my food again I changed the filter and it stopped. I am totally happy with it. So easy to fill water bottle to take out with me, wash my hair, wash my face etc. Great product, fab customer service and my hair and skin have never felt better. Thank you!

I was suspicious that these filters were a scam, because the water does not taste great, so I brought some water testers strips to see if it’s actually filtering anything at all. I found there is no difference from one strip to the other. This company is a scam

No idea if their products actually work as I never received my tap purifier! I ordered one, plus the cartridges, plus a water bottle including filter. Only the water bottle turned up. I reported this to their support team straight away who then asked for a photo of the product I received which I sent. I was then promised a replacement for "the filter" which apparently got lost in transit. I replied, stating again that I am missing 3 products and not just the filter, and never had a reply. Today the delivery turned up, and - surprise (not!) - another water bottle turned up, again without a filter, and again no sign of the tap purifiert or the cartridges for it. I have now asked for a refund for the missing product but don't have much hope I will get this sorted, given the level of incompetence of this company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand as this seems to be common practice with this company.

Found out the day after purchase that the item was being shipped from China, resembles a Shein water filter (around £11 at time of checking) and apparently doesn't have British safety certificate etc. I decided to cancel the order as it appeared not to have been sent.
The money has been taken, Flowpure claim it has already been sent so I must wait now to decline the delivery (goodness knows how long it'll take) and other reviewers say there will be a charge for the refund...I hope not. I wish I had never bought from this company.

Please don't get taken in by their adverts. The filter system isn't that easy to install and their refunds policy is a joke as they charge you a fee. Wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing.

Nothing wrong with the delivery. But it doesn’t fit my tap and I’m not replacing the tap so that this fits. None of the adapters worked. Also, I was only meant to pay for a set of filters and the product was supposed to be free. But I got charged for both. Never mind. Lesson learnt.

Ordered tap filter on 31st of March. After 2 weeks the product arrived without the standard female adaptors that were on the instructions and should have been included in the packaging. My tap is standard 20mm Female.
I was not able to use the filter until 28 days after order as this is when the adaptor arrived. I was asked to go through a laborious process of having to order the adaptor that should have been in the original packaging. I had to send photos and measurements even though this was an error on the sellers part.

Product was required due to lead works being carried out in the area and swift delivery was required however it took an unacceptable 28days for compete product to arrive.

I was about to purchase flow pure as im sick of buying bottled water. Once I got through to process payment, barclays flagged up asking me if the was a scam...I was quite concerned then. So I thought...I really need to check out the reviews for this company. I just want to thank my angels and to all the reviews from everyone which stopped me from making the payment. 🙏 thank you.

It is easy to install and use but to be honest every time put water in my kettle it builds up lime scale very quickly, I used to use a Brita filter kettle and I only had to clean off the lime scale once a month

I reckon my water filter has seen more of the world than I have. Coming up to a month so far since ordered. Still not arrived, they have sent a tracking number for which I live in Leicester, so when it was logged at Derby I thought shouldn’t be too long of a wait. Checked a couple of days later and it’s gone all the way back down to the south coast?

Total con. It’s been a 2 month saga and still not resolved. Not of the attachments fit and then they tried to tell me to buy a new tap despite me living in a rental. Returned the product 2 weeks ago and no word from them nor a refund. Avoid

It's a scam. I ordered it 3 weeks ago, no delivery, no support from customer service. Do not trust.

Ordered end of march and still no delivery date in sight. Don't waste your time ordering with this company. Customer service are also sarcastic.

Paid £44 for nothing. Delivery never turned up. Absolute con. Parcel tracking said it was tracked from China, and ‘delivered’ by EVRI - never making the mistake of ordering from this company or courier again.

Original product received and works well. The problem started with the subscription. Money taken but no filters received. Sent several emails and just keep getting fobbed off that they are sending a replacement but they never arrive. Obviously a scam company.

I bought the stainless steel water filer with 2 filters included. This product is brilliant. There are 5 adapters for different taps. I was surprised when I took the end of my tap off as I had not thought to clean the filter. Anyway the water tastes better and is a big improvement
