Easy to order and provides home delivery (via guaranteed by 1pm Royal Mail) on my selected date.

Stayed in for a delivery between 9.40 and 13.40 but never arrived until late afternoon with no update from anyone.
Had to rearrange my afternoon in the hope that it would still arrive that day.

Very quick service but would have been better if I had been sent some of it in smaller denominations as now will have to change some at destination airport to use for tips etc.

I ordered currency from theses people because I could collect locally so I placed my order and later that morning I went to there shop in Hyde only to find it was closed at 1030am sign in the window saying popped out back at 1600hr no response from the number on there . At. 1pm received a call saying shop would not open today I asked him to refund but he said it would take up to 5 to 7 day I told him this was not good enough as this was the only money I had to get my currency he said I could pick up from Ashton shop this would take four buses to do at no point did he offer an apology so with gritted teeth I had to take 2 hours out of my day to achieve what should have been a simple exercise. The staff in the shops are always friendly and helpful but the company is more concerned about taking your money they could have easily stated that it could not be picked up from Hyde as they knew they did not have any staff available to open it. I would like to thank the company for this experience which has taught me to deal with locally based companies that may have a reduced rate but operate in the local community and I feel would value my custom

I am very disappointed that I have been experiencing the same problem on your website for a long time. When I try to make a booking, I can complete most of the process, but when I reach the final page, the website does not allow me to complete the transaction.

This issue has been ongoing for a considerable period of time, and I have already reported it to you previously, but unfortunately the problem has still not been resolved.

Around two years ago, I also experienced an issue when I tried to make an exchange for a holiday for six people. My account was blocked, and although I raised the issue with you at the time, I am still experiencing problems.

It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly try to use your website and be unable to complete a transaction. I would like you to investigate my account and the technical issue properly and provide a permanent solution.

Please confirm what is causing the problem, why my account was blocked previously, and what you are going to do to ensure I can make bookings successfully in the future.

I would appreciate this being treated as a formal complaint and would like a response as soon as possible.
