It was easy to sort and a reasonably good price. Aviva are a well known company who I have dealt with for years with other policies.

The shower arrived promptly and was easier to fit than its predecessor even though it was a direct replacement although an updated model. The only criticism is that the fixing holes don’t line up and I had to drill new holes which required me to purchase diamond tipped bits to go though the ceramic tiles.

Stayed with P.E. after a good deal last year, Their price is really competitive compared with other companies. Hopefully we won’t need to make a claim but the proof will be in the pudding if we do have to make a claim.

Had a problem with Fiat Ducato LED in dashboard cluster. Rang for a quote which was £300 if LED screen needed replacing. Sent off Monday 12.00 hrs by 24hr delivery. It was received by Cartronix at 10.30 hrs Tuesday they rang me at 12.30hrs to say it was done and yes it was the screen. Paid invoice and £12.95 postage, unit arrived back Wednesday fitted and job done all working fine. Great company would highly recommend.

Easy to send a card it’s just unfortunate about the cost of the postage which is obviously not Moonpig’s fault.

I’ve been with So Energy for a number of years and it is one of the green energy sites. I’ve checked some other energy sites and found that I can’t beat the price I’m paying.

The engineer that called,Adam, was polite and friendly and explained what was happening. Apparently he found several faults on our line which resolved. It took him quite a time going back and forth to exchange. He was diligent and conscientious.

It was easy to change to new tariff as old tariff was ending. Hope one can adjust payments as it was possible to do on previous tariff.

They went all the way to help sort out the insurance. It can be difficult to find a company that will insure a quad but Bikesure did exactly what it says on the tin. Well done.

I made the mistake of making and paying for a double order. Dobell spotted the possible error and phoned me to check. They then cancelled one of my orders and refund the money. How nice to know they actually look at orders and spot possible errors. Well done Dobell would certainly use them again.
