Stating offers are nice, but....
They provided a nice starting offer that allowed a number of beers to be tried at a below cost price, but their recurring monthly cost is well above the value of what they ship. Their shop does not really help as it does not offer volume discounts for a beer that you may want to purchase in quantity. The result is that if you find a beer that you want more of, you end up buying it from someone else.
The cancellation process is a joke, as it will break the UK Consumer Act of 2024, when it comes into force next year, which will require
"For subscription contracts entered into online, an online cancellation process must be made available and these processes must also be prominently displayed. Consumers may also use other methods, such as email or post, to end their subscription contracts. "
Instead, the multi-step on-line process ends with a phone number to call. At this point, they will try to upsell an offer to keep you a customer. The problem for their bottom line is that if it is a good offer, the caller is likely to accept it and then just cancel the next month.
