Company is absolute trash had 5 missed calls to be told it was there marketing team. The customer service guy lucas and Bryan are great lads but the company sucks dont use it!!

Steve was extremely helpful in me sadly cancelling my Beer52 account. I had wanted to stay but as my wife was pregnant I had cut down on my beer intake and it didn't make financial sense to stay.
We had a good chat and he offered a mixture of new deals but wasn't pushy when I told him my circumstances. Thanks again!

It's impossible to unsubscribe from this very shady company. You have to phone to unsubscribe; it's answered by someone who then uses a lot of sales techniques, keeps you on the phone forever & convinces you to stay for a special offer. The first time I tried to unsubscribe the man who answered told me his life story, including that he was taking the call remotely from France, I think. Today I have tried to unsubscribe again & someone answered but their signal wasn't good enough so they just cut me off. I think they are unethical & possibly in breach of trading standards laws. When it comes to subscriptions if you can sign up with a click you should be able to unsubscribe with a click. It's a shame because my husband liked their beers & I would have probably bought him & other family members sets for Christmas & Birthdays etc, as they are better than the sets I send via Moonpig. But I won't use them again (if I can ever unsubscribe!) because of these underhand tactics. If I have to stop the subscription at my card providers end it's yet more hassle. I really hope the PM sticks to his word about sorting out companies who make it impossible to unsubscribe. Buyer beware; wish I'd read the reviews before buying from them (I hadn't even realised it was a subscription!)
As with all companies on here that aren't great they have loads of 1* & loads of 5* reviews; a cynical person would maybe think that all the 5* reviews straight after a run of 1* was a bit suspicious. Anyway; stay well away. The product is actually very good; the business practice is underhand.

Spoke with Steve today although he’s only recently started the job he was very helpful answering questions I asked about beer he also told me about whiskey offers which I have now subscribed to

Great variety packs of beer including cultural beers along with some snacks - great value for money. Received 2 monthly subscription packs as a voucher from another brand’s order. Editing my subscription options wasn’t a problem, a member of staff called Lucas guided me through this and was very helpful and had great customer service.

Quentin was really helpful and understood exactly what my needs were. Top rate service!

This is a difficult review to give because cancellation was simple once I had gone through the several pages on the website and actually given a number to ring. The lower mark comes from the fact that I had no idea ai had subscribed when ordering what I thought was a sample pack.

Hayley was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened and understood my needs rather than pushing a fixed agenda.

The customer assistant was extremely helpful, kind, polite and I am very happy with the service I received.

They deliberately make it impossible to unsubscribe, very shady tactics to try and keep you locked in, would recommend anyone steers well clear of them, plus terrible tasting over roasted coffee.
