Terrible 'service'.

I had effectively no warning about the arrival of the parcel. Effectively only because I got an Email announcing the parcel was out for delivery sent at 11.21 this morning, then another a minute later saying it had been delivered. By delivered I mean dumped above the row of letterboxes at the front of my building. No announcement was made by the driver despite the doorbells for the block being less than a foot from where they dumped the parcel.

I had expected something like this, so had already attempted to access the company's delivery preferences several times. None of the links worked properly. with all landing on a blank page. So I had no chance to warn you properly of my circumstances.

The one saving grace was that the parcel arrived. Although had I not gone straight downstairs to collect it myself, it may well have gone by the time I had gone downstairs later on.

Usually their timing has been impressive collecting and returning just as they have promised. The quality of their work has been equally excellent. In most occasions things have gone to plan, and on the rare occasion something has gone wrong, their customer service is quick to sort things out.

I've used Sealions ever since I learned of the company in 2021, and have not yet been let down. I've always been satisfied with what I've bought, although I focus more on supplements than their Vitamins. Their prices are lower than their competitors. So unless they are out of stock (which happens now and again), they are my go-to supplier

With so much available online, it was a bit of a surprise to have quick, efficient customer service that solved my issue with no quibbles

This purchase was a bit of a spur of the moment thing. I've used CCL for a couple of decades, and they have never let me down. I ordered the keyboard close to Christmas without checking anywhere else. I usually research different places to find the best deal, But I just trust CCL to be competitive on pricing; which they were.

I booked a delivery after Christmas, but I got it comfortably before the holiday began. As usual with them, they got the product to me as fast as they could; even at a busy time. This is not unexpected and has happened before.

I bought a pair more in hope, but now I'm unlikely to use anything else. they are well designed, and come in large enough sizes to fit comfortably even if you are extremely large. 2XL fits, which is already larger than I can buy elsewhere, but an even larger size gives even more comfort. Normally I can only get well fitting clothes is the USA, but no longer. A bit pricier than other brands but well worth it to get underwear I can just put on, knowing they fit, rather than struggling just to get them on.

Well packaged, high quality products at a surprisingly low price. The only negative is that in the time of overnight delivery, it took longer than I'm used to to arrive. You can pay for expedited delivery, but that tends to defeat the object of cheaper suppliments
