Thomas Goodchild did an excellent job mediating between myself and a difficult tenant as they were leaving the property. He was very prompt in dealing with all email correspondence and also telephone calls. I was especially pleased with the contractual advice that he provided.

The only thing that lets this company is the website. The navigation is appalling going back and forth and trying to save items to favourites is impossible.

Its impossible to alter a mistake, not possible to change anything even within minutes.

We were very pleased we chose James's company to do our bathroom renovation. He is very tidy and left the site every evening in a very good state, kept to timescales and did exactly what he said he would do.
Definitely recommend him to you.

we waited 6 months for our shed when we put it up we realised the front and back panels were shorter than the sides. Had to wait 54 minutes to get through to customer service who were worse than useless couldn't tell me when if at all I would get new panels. No mention of replacing the glass that was broken in transit. There was no manager available to talk to and even I asked for a manager yo call me back I was told that I would have to wait 72 hours!!! I would NOT Recommend this company.

Very good process to buy and delivery excellent

The ordering was good, the low score was in relation to the quality of the material as not as I expected I thought it would be more luxurious rather than functional but I kept the product because of the difficulty of returning and cost. I would not have bought this product if I had been able to either have a swatch of the material or seen in a shop. Also the lack of colour choice made it the best of a poor selection.

It all went well.
