This is the second time I’ve used Axioma the first for a front bumper scuff and this time for a rear bumper scuff. The price that is charged is very competitive and the smart repairs are amazing. My repairer Daniel kept me up to date what time he was going to arrive and once he was here he took 3 hours to make it look like new. I am chuffed to bits with it and have no hesitation in recommending both him and Axioma.

Great choice of glasses and was helped to choose mine as needed the correct size for my variofocals. Prices aren’t cheap but are competitive and you get a golden ticket for 50% off your next pair. Also any problems are swiftly dealt with. There was a slight mistake on my eye test so I was retested and my left lens has to be changed on both pairs. I got them back within 5 days and super happy now. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service. Ordered my chronograph on Saturday and was despatched on Sunday which I never expected. The price wasn’t the cheapest but delivery was free and I know any problems will be sorted. Very reliable company to deal with which is not to be sniffed at.

I chose Ecigzone as having previously used Vapeclub I realised that Ecigzone was significantly cheaper. I ordered a new pod kit pods and liquids and received it the next day. Very pleased with my purchase and service. Highly recommended.

Awful company. The compensation scheme is a farce. I sold my dad’s beloved expensive Marantz cd player after he died on behalf of my mum, packaged it up carefully and covered it in fragile stickers. It was sent using Evri. When it arrived at the buyer the box was bashed to bits and the unit was broken and dented. I had to give a full refund and pay to get it returned to me.
On claiming I was told as it was wrapped in bubble wrap it contravened their packing rules as they were allowed to drop it from a fixed height but they would give me £25 as it was my first claim.
The money never arrived. I emailed them 3 times to ask where it was with no response. So my mum is nearly £200 out of pocket. I even emailed the CEO Ben Askew with no reponse either.
They are just not interested. Avoid at all cost

I purchased a Reximex Lyra K after part ex my Walther Reign M2. After 3 weeks it developed a fault which meant I couldn't use it. Pellpax collected it the week after and that's when the communication stopped. I chased it after another 3 weeks and got to talk to the gunsmith. He admitted it had gone back to the importers and they hadn't heard back. He said he would order me a new rifle and after 2 weeks I chased again and was told the rifle had arrived. The next week what I thought was a new rifle was delivered. The box was very battered and when I opened it I found not a new rifle as promised but my original rifle that had been repaired and luckily not damaged with all the transportation.
After testing at the range everything was working as it should so left it at that.
In conclusion my overall experience with Pellpax has been good just be prepared to be proactive if something goes wrong and be prepared to chase up. I deducted a star because of this.

Excellent products with quick delivery. Have used this company several times for my Totes therapeutic gloves and the customer service is excellent. Had some faulty gloves delivered which were promptly replaced. Since then Totes have upped their game and changed both the material and improved the stitching so they are now consistently perfect.

Amazing company to deal with. Customer support is exemplary as well as the quality of their products. Purchased a puzzle for my granddaughter for Xmas and gutted to find it to have a missing piece. Contacted customer support and sent a couple of pictures. Two weeks later a brand new sealed box arrived. Cannot praise the company highly enough.

Purchased my Veyron scope during the Shooting Show and got a brilliant price for a superb scope. Can’t fault the quality of it and the speed of delivery. It’s my 2nd Vector Optics scope and I loved my Orion scope so much a got a Veyron scope for my new HW110 Laminate. A match made in heaven!

Ordered my tyre pump but had to email to enquire about when the pump was going to be despatched as there wasn’t any communication. The response was quick and I received my pump within the next couple of days. When I received the pump the box was damaged and it seemed that the pump had been opened, used and then returned. There was slight scuffing on the bottom of the pump but it worked fine after charging. I didn’t report it as the price point didn’t warrant the hassle of returning it and reordering. A little disappointed.

I ordered my new air rifle and accessories online because of the good prices and reviews from social media. I received a phone call an hour later saying they were loading the van and I would receive my gun the following day. Sure enough the driver arrived 24 hours later. Unbelievable service.

Apart from the quick delivery times and good quality products they also have excellent customer service. Recently had a problem with low longevity coils. Straight away Isobel sent me some replacements out. Excellent company.

My parcel was left at the wrong house by Evri. Had to ring to try and locate it. Found it eventually only to open it and found it damaged. Reported this only to be told that I would have to return it at my own expense for inspection. Not worth it as it was too expensive. Will think twice before ordering hardware again.

Ordered on Thursday received my order on Friday morning. Price really good and free delivery as well. On top of this you earn loyalty points which converts to money you can use against a future order. Very pleased. Will only use Vampire vape from now on.
