All Pellpax contacts in the process were excellent
Sales staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable and workshop did a great job in preparing my gun gassing, fitting optics and zeroing the gun while finally, ensuring my multiple accessories from different orders were carefully checked off and packaged along with the gun. The delivery service was second to none with Great communication, timely delivery to the minute and friendlyprofessional care. 5 Stars genuinely deserved.

An easy online order process
Over the past 3 months I have had 3 separate online purchases from Pellpax for two pistols and a rifle silencer. All 3 items were priced competitively, were easy to order on the website, arrived when expected and were well packed. Good communications throughout. I think I am spent out now (!), but would be very happy to do more business in the future.
P.S I forgot to mention - the silencer was for a refurb of my trusty Crosman 2250XL which I bought from Pellpax in 2014 ...

Very happy with the product and the company
I got a good package deal on their website, which was easy to use.
I sent a query about my order and they replied in less than an hour, on a Saturday! The delivery time was acceptable, made by their own friendly delivery team which gave me the peace of mind that the goods would be handled properly. They even deliver on a Sunday.
