I was absolutely blown away by the Daystate Blackwolf that you guys delivered to me on Saturday.

It is an absolutely stunning rifle and thanks for providing a walnut stock that has a fantastic grain pattern to it.

The service from the team was excellent and even though I had to wait a couple of weeks due to the Daystate shutdown, I was kept well informed and it was so worth the wait.

After ordering a HW45 from these guys online and having great communications from Steve via email regarding timescales and availability, I decided when it was time to buy a rifle I would visit this shop which was a 2 hour drive from Reading to get there. Was not disappointed. Justin came to help me this time and he was great. Very helpful as I had never owned a PCP rifle before. He went through everything with me. Walked out very happy with a new daystate blackwolf tac, scope, compressor and everything else I needed to get started. Probably took 1.5hrs of his time and never once had the feeling I was being annoying with my massive amount of questions. Would recommend anyone to visit and if your a newbie like me the advise was amazing. Also did some great deals on some of the parts I needed. 110% service!

I recently bought a Gamo Phox, which I immediately jammed (100% user error). I called up and spoke with Justin who was incredibly helpful. I brought it into the shop and Justin sorted the jam and showed me how not to make the same mistake again. Really great service. Thanks guys.

I bought a BSA air rifle from The Airgun Centre as a pack, with upgraded scope, hard case and sundries, plus a pump. Justin and Steve were very knowledgeable, competent, patient and keen to answer my various questions, so I felt well prepared and well supported. Their free servicing is part of the excellent customer service, which I intend to use when the time comes. The shop looks to have a great range of guns and plenty of accessories.

Having bought my Air Arms rifle from the shop some years ago, when the gauge went wrong I took it back to see if they could fix it. They did! No charge and so very helpful. Thank you guys, a brilliant service.

I bought an air pistol from The Air Gun Centre. It is about an hour from my house and although they do deliver I wanted to inspect a couple of different options. I'm glad I made the journey. The shop is quite unassuming from the outside but an immaculate Aladdin's cave of compressed gas projectile launchers. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgable on the phone as well as in person.
Having made my purchase I then had a few problems with one of the supplied magazines which may well have been user error. I sent the magazine back which, somewhat predictably, behaved without problem when tested at the shop. Notwithstanding that, after a telephone call to explain the situation they sent me a brand new magazine anyway. Hugely appreciated and above and beyond expectations. Proper solid customer service.
I will be ordering from them again.

Headline: Shady tactics! Lied about a used gun being brand new, then tried to give me an illegal over-limit rifle!I spent £1450 on what was explicitly sold to me as a brand-new AirMaks Katran .22 (Sub-12 ft-lb). However, upon closer inspection, the rifle was heavily scratched inside the magazine well, proving it was a heavily handled ex-display or used unit. They completely hid this from me. On top of that, the regulator was faulty, dropping to a miserable 10.3 ft-lb after just 20 shots.After I rejected it, they ordered a replacement. When it arrived, they tried to rush me out, saying: "No need to test it, we already did." I insisted we test it together on the chronograph with 18.13gr pellets. The results were shocking and highly dangerous: the power was wildly inconsistent, spiking up to 12.7 ft-lb and 12.8 ft-lb!They literally tried to send me home with an illegal, unlicensed Section 1 Firearm (FAC) after lying that it was "fine". If I hadn't stood my ground and checked, I could have faced severe criminal consequences with the police.I got a full refund because they had no way out, but their lack of ethics, dishonesty about used stock, and complete disregard for UK firearms law is appalling. ALWAYS independent-chrono your gun if you buy from here!So how can you explain to me that when we tested it together, the rifle recorded readings of 11.2, 11.7, 12.8, and so on, up to 12.7? How do you explain that? If you’re honest, you have to admit it. Thank you.And please explain to me why it was so scratched exactly where the magazine goes into the rifle—it wasn't just from use; you can't scratch it just by using it

I recently ordered an air rifle and I’m really pleased with the product. It arrived fully set up, properly assembled, and ready to use — a level of service you don’t often get, and it made a great first impression.

One thing that would improve the customer experience is clearer information on the website about stock levels and the fact that some items may be coming from abroad. My order wasn’t actually in stock at the time, which I didn’t realise, and it ended up taking around four weeks to arrive. That said, once I got in touch, their communication was very good and they kept me updated throughout the process.

Overall, excellent customer service, great communication, and a high‑quality product that was worth the wait. I’m very happy with my purchase.
