I've used j Ramsbottom a lot .always been very pleased with what they have sent me this order of pellets arrived today well if I didn't know better I would say they saved all the damaged ones for me the make was David nickerson magnum domed 22 cal will not be buying these again

This company let me know the wareabout of my item all the way and all the updates was very good . And the best thing it was went Royal mail so you can still track all the way to your home .

Great company website, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. I needed some new magazines for my SMK Artemis M11 and purchased two at a very competitive price. Dispatch was super quick and magazines arrived in less the 24 hours from purchase.
Excellent quality materials used, super attention to detail on the finished product and seamless rotation and delivery of pellets when in use.

Highly recommend JS Ramsbottom and will be using them more frequently in place of other sources.

Every single order I have placed has arrived the very next day. Don’t worry about damage to pellets. They are packed so well that there is VERY little chance of any damage. They are probably the best pellet suppliers in the UK and their prices are very competitive. If I could give more than five stars I certainly would. I have no hesitation in recommending JSR.

Slow and sneaky. Paying stupid postage costs when they can’t even arrive on time. Not going to waste my time reaching out due to being shafted by there terms and conditions. Won’t be coming back here.

Excellent service. Goods were extremely well packed and delivered promptly.

A package was sent Parcelforce Express 24 which is a guaranteed next day delivery. Unfortunately this didn't happen and I eventually got the package 4 days after it was despatched. Under the Parcelforce terms and conditions if they do not deliver in the guaranteed time you are entitled to 50% of the cost of postage refunded to you but the sender has to claim this on your behalf. Despite several requests to do this, Ramsbottom declined to do this on my behalf and has now stopped answering my emails. I suggest if you want good customer service, you go elsewhere.

Order from here on a regular basis, great prices, faultless service, deliveries are rapid.

To my surprise they have arrived today so super fast shipping and packaged very well.
