Good description on website and good racket. Well packaged. I would use shop again but only drawback is that you have to be in to accept the package which is difficult when working.

Dreadful service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I write poor reviews only very rarely but the customer service from this company is exceptionally poor. I have been trying to get a delivery unsuccessfully over the last five days. On each occasion I have raised with their customer service that the delivery company have failed to deliver and all you get is an AI generated response that provides no help. I have requested someone to call me but no-one in customer service has bothered to get back to me. I am now seeking a full refund and will order from a professional company instead.

An excellent racket. Very light and powerful.
Only issue was finding a time to be into accept the racket from the delivery service. They could have left it safely in my porch but I wasn’t afforded this option.

Do not use this company! There are other online badminton retailers. I ordered a badminton racket with a restring and they sent out an unstrung racket. Now, mistakes happen, I understand that, but if you make a mistake you have to fix it. Customer service is woeful, they are trying to make me pay to return the incorrect item. You can't call them, they won't call you and they only make one response per day to online communications. Please someone from BadmintonHQ - help me get this sorted, I'm so disappointed with you.

Racket delivered on time, my only gripe, given the money I am spending is that the racket did not have a cover

Good customer service and new racket arrived in very good time.

5 stars ,when placing my order I made a mistake with my shipping address, sent them an email even though I knew it was outside office hours, expecting a reply next day to my surprise it was answered within minutes telling me not to worry the address would be changed as per my request.
Good still arrived in the original delivery date and in good order.
Happy with my purchases and the level of customer service.

Great product at a good price with free delivery. Delivery was the only slight issue as we had planned childcare around the delivery window which was missed without explanation. Other childcare arrangements had to be made (as the rackets apparently needed a signature and someone to be in). When they arrived about an hour late no signature was asked for - they could have been left in the usual safe place.

Though the first delivery got lost, the second after I contacted you, came quick. Keep the good work you’re doing

Great experience overall with very good racket only thing I would say that maybe could improve is dispatching on the weekends but not a major problem like I said a great experience thanks 🙏
