Do not use this company! There are other online badminton retailers. I ordered a badminton racket with a restring and they sent out an unstrung racket. Now, mistakes happen, I understand that, but if you make a mistake you have to fix it. Customer service is woeful, they are trying to make me pay to return the incorrect item. You can't call them, they won't call you and they only make one response per day to online communications. Please someone from BadmintonHQ - help me get this sorted, I'm so disappointed with you.

Fast and efficient, no complaints here!

Got two front tyres replaced and the guy was super quick. Steering had a little wobble at speed, so got local garage to check balancing when doing a service (happened to be in 1 week later). No balance weights on either side and both needed weights. VERY annoyed.
