Had a problem with the kingsize bed base I purchased and spoke with Paul Constance. He contacted customer services on my behalf and I received a call from them within the hour and problem was sorted.
I was so impressed with the service I received from Paul I went back to the store and purchased a mattress and Paul was a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased double ottoman bed frame from the Hove brand in October 24 at a cost of £1100 and the experience to date has been a complete nightmare. Store puts the problem with the bed on customer services and customer services refer me back to the store. 11 phone calls with customers services and no resolution. I’ve given up and will not purchase anything from Furniture Village again. I called the store to confirm my order number and store missed off the first 2 digits of which were 18 I can only imagine this was done so head office would have trouble finding my order and contact details.

I’ve used David to valet my car and van on 3 occasions now and always a first class job. Highly recommend him to get you vehicle looking it’s best.

Purchased our 1st hot tap from Fohen the experience via the website was very simple. The tap arrived a few days later well packed. The tap has not been installed as yet due to us having Covid.
