Firstly, the tap is gorgeous, it hasn't been installed yet so i can't review the performance but customer service has been fantastic. We ordered the Falgro pro but the handle for hot and cold tap was too long. I contacted customer service via email to enquire about a smaller lever and received a replied with a solution of a smaller lever the same day and shipped out the next day after payment. Thank you! Can't wait to start using it.

I wanted to replace an existing tap I…
I wanted to replace an existing tap I had of theirs from a few years back with a newer model without the need to purchase the boiler, etc. The customer support was very responsive, answering all the questions I needed effectively and I had my replacement very quickly. I cannot fault the service I received and am enjoying my new tap. There are a few design changes I would personally make e.g. have something that allows you to leave the hot water running, but it works well.

The tap is very nice the boiler isn't
The tap is very nice. The problem I have had was with the boiler. I couldn't get a nice cup of tea. Horrible taste from the boiling water. I used it about a week to see if it got any better. It didn't. So I refitted the boiler from the old tap and everything was ok. Never had this bother before and I have had two other instant hot water taps over the years.

We’re pleased to hear that you are very happy with the tap itself. We are sorry, however, that you experienced an unpleasant taste from the new boiler. We understand that you tried flushing and using it for a week, but unfortunately the issue remained.
For clarity to anyone reading this review, we were not aware of this issue until after the review was posted, at which point we contacted James to understand what had happened and offer our assistance.
Although James has since resolved the issue by refitting his previous boiler, we would still be happy to investigate the new boiler and see if we can provide a suitable resolution.

Brilliant customer service - had an issue with delivery (not their fault) but they have been fantastic resolving the issue, giving constant up dates, being very responsive to my queries and generally very helpful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.
