I ordered and received an AVISTA 3-1…

The directional arrows don't help when the hoses are shown to go on the wrong inlet/outlet etc. but ill wait for the email and hopefully that resolves the issue.
I ordered and received an AVISTA 3-1 instant boiling water tap and followed the included in the box instructions to install the tap, however once installed the instant hot water tap would NOT turn off, and I could not get the tank to fill, and if plugged in I got E3 error, tank fault, this was caused by the instructions not being correct, the diagram shows hose NO5 hot water going to the left of the hot water tank and hose No4 going to the right on the boiler, this is INCORRECT, hose NO5 MUST go to the right not the left, and hose No 4 MUST go to the left, very poor instructions ands could have cost the company a warranty swap due to the instructions not being correct. the cost me over 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong, had it been installed by a plumber I would have asked you to pay for his extra time....

A great company to buy from. I have experianced a couple of minor problems with the hot water tap but the knowledgable and rapid resonse to my questions is very reassuring.

Fantastic to have boiling water…
Fantastic to have boiling water literally on tap! And the spray function and being able to take the tap pipe out of its holder is a really good function.
The only slight niggle is that the tap arch could be wider so that the water flow is more central than it is.
